I have been coming here once a week as a consultant for quite a few months. I go to a lot of schools and daycares and I've noticed at King's Daughters the staff and administration are all genuinely kind and friendly people. I have always felt welcome and it's easy for me to do my job here. Ms. Jonda especially is the best and she has a heart of gold! I would definitely recommend this daycare to any parent and highly recommend supporting King's Daughters as well, they are a huge benefit to the community.

My daughter has been attending Kings Daughters since she was a year old and she has learned more than I ever thought possible at 4 years old. She will be 5 in December and still has one year left before she starts kindergarten, but she speaks extremely well and has a better vocabulary than many adults I know. I like to think this is partly because I’ve been speaking to her like an adult since she was an infant but it’s also due to the incredible education based curriculum at Kings Daughters. All of her teachers have been extremely attentive, very informative and she has developed very close relationships with all of them. This is not just a daycare, but definitely more like a Montessori preschool which has more than prepared her for elementary school. The director Ms. Lee at her school is also amazing. Could not have asked for a better experience for my daughter and I never worry when I drop her off at school that she is not in the safest environment!

My granddaughter has been attending King's daughters since her other daycare closed completely. The staff has been awesome and they really care about the children. My granddaughter has learned more in the last 6 months then at her last school she attended for 2 years. I would highly recommend King's Daughter to anyone that is looking for a great childcare! My granddaughter loves the teachers and loves going to school now. This has been the best childcare ever!!

Edit: don't let your child eat any spicy food or you may very well lose two days of pay when they send him home due to " loose bowl movements" Policy states that they can't come back the next day either. This combined with the THREE DAYS of in-service next week means another full week of lost wages for me, but they still get their money. This is the second time in a few months. If you have a great job and plenty of PTO then you'll be fine. If not, find another daycare.
It's hard to find a place you feel comfortable leaving your baby but I've never worried about this one. I went to kings daughters as a child and I was happy to send my son there as well. They work hard to keep things both interesting and educational. My son wakes up ready to go to "school" and I couldn't be happier. My only complaint is that they probably don't need " in-service" days, especially the week after a holiday. I lost a week's worth of tuition this pay period because they were closed.
