Kings Row Community Life Center

My kids have been attending CLC for several years. The staff is responsive, loving, supportive and kind. They offer so many activities to keep the kids engaged and help with homework. My kids are happy when they are there and enjoy being with their friends and the staff. I can’t say enough good things about them. I am so thankful I have such a wonderful place for my kids while I’m at work.

My kids have been going to CLC for years now and they love it! They organize art activities, sports games, tag and the like, as well as board games and card games, every day. And the staff interacts and participates with the kids because of the high staff ratio, instead of just supervising. They are able to give the kids one-on one attention, for example, for homework. They also taught my daughter to do cartwheels. I always have peace of mind that my kids are well looked after in their care. They communicate very well with parents as well. CLC has been wonderful for my family.

Stacey needs to retire. She has anger issues, provides terrible customer service, extreme mood swings and has no empathy for children. She repeatedly yells at children to the point of making them cry and intimidates them. She is extremely rude and makes it very noticeable that she favors her favorite kids and parents. Today, I attempted to engage in conversation with her, but she was extremely rude and dismissive. I tried to ask her for assistance in changing my password so I could check out my daughter, however she didn’t even bother to help me. Every time I’ve spoken to her or encountered her, she’s been rude, short, and careless. I strongly recommend that you advise your children to inform you immediately if, at any point, she yells at them, makes them feel unsafe, uncomfortable, unwelcome, scared, or intimidated. I believe childcare should be a nurturing environment where all children and all parents feel welcome, happy, loved, and secure. However, Stacey appears to deviate from this ideal. From my observations, she doesn’t seem particularly friendly or approachable.

We LOVE the Kings Row Community Life Center! Our son thrives at CLC. It means the world to us to know he is loved and well cared for. He is also having fun and learning! We adore the staff and think of them as extended family. There is nowhere else we would ever consider having our child cared for than CLC!

Kings Row CLC is the best place for before/after school care and breaks! My kids always have a great time and enjoy themselves. You won’t find a place that loves your children more!
