KLA Schools of Palmetto Bay

We are soooooo grateful to have found this gem hidden in our community! I had searched for several months looking for a place I felt comfortable leaving my infant in preparation for my return to work. On the day of our tour, my parents also joined, and as we walked through the campus it was evident that the school was full of engaging and inspiring experiences for young children to explore their understandings of the world. The beautiful documentation of the classroom experiences, coupled with the narrative of the curriculum specialist (pedagogista) were so inspiring because they demonstrated a real commitment to placing the child at the heart of teaching and learning. The c perspectives of children were honored through the celebration of their work throughout the school. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the cost of tuition was comparable to other schools and was less than what it would cost us to hire a person for home care (which we initially hoped to do). As we transitioned to sending our infant to school the classroom teachers and administration offered so much support! They provided updates and insights on strategies to make the transition less heartbreaking for me as a new Mom and easier for my child to adapt to group care. We are coming to the end of our first year at KLA and the amount of growth we witnessed in our daughters abilities affirms that KLA was the right choice for us! She has blossomed in was we hadn’t imagined! We are confident that the love and intentional experiences she receives from her teachers has been one of the greatest influences in her development. Thank you KLA for your ongoing commitment to offering high quality care for families that have to leave their babies to go to work! My heart is tranquil knowing my child is loved, nurtured and supported to explore her budding abilities each day! We are so thankful to be a part of the KLA family! Gracias!

Our daughter is incredibly happy at KLA, and we have seen wonderful growth in her development. She is surrounded by the most amazing teachers who truly care, and we couldn’t be more grateful. As a family, we are beyond pleased with our experience at KLA!

As parents, we were not merely seeking a good school, but rather a school that was the right fit for our child's educational and emotional development. KLA Palmetto Bay met all of our requirements. Our four-year-old son joined the KLA family approximately two and a half years ago, and since then, we have observed his growth, independence, maturity, and unwavering confidence significantly. We appreciate being able to monitor his activities and group learning sessions through pictures and journals found in the school’s app. Additionally, we appreciate that parents are encouraged to participate in various school events. Furthermore, KLA provides early care, after-care, and lunch programs, in addition to after-school classes, which prove quite convenient and helpful for busy families such as ours. We cannot thank the KLA teachers and leadership team enough for giving our son the opportunity to learn comfortably at his own pace, according to his ability and in his own unique way of learning. We appreciate all the teachers for their kindness, support, dedication, and patience in their work with the children. KLA has been our home away from home for the past three years and counting. Both of our children started at KLA as infants in the Baby Nido class, where they were nurtured with love, warmth, and even at a young age exposed to a very intentional curriculum to help develop their young minds. As they have grown and progressed in different classrooms, the warmth and love of all of their teachers, staff, and school leadership has been a constant theme. We are consistently impressed by the balance that exists of of a rigorous curriculum (e.g. handwriting, early literacy and numeracy skills) with plenty of time for free play, creativity, arts, and outdoor time. It has been such a joy to see our kids flourish socially, creatively, and intellectually at KLA. We could not recommend KLA Palmetto Bay highly enough!

We just ended 3 years at KLA Palmetto Bay and it is so bittersweet! My children learned so much and are well prepared for their next chapter but I’m sad to be leaving such a loving place. The facility is very clean and the staff is wonderful. Constant updates on the kids’ day and engaging activities for them. Great place for your little ones!
