My daughter first day at this daycare center was 4/16/25 and her first day didn’t go as planned the lady that was in the infant room only feed my daughter a 6oz bottle the whole day and she been at the center since 7:59am at this time my daughter was 5 and 1/2 months old and she drinks a 6-7oz bottle every 3 hours so you mean to tell me the whole day she only drunk 6 ounces yeah something wasn’t right I pulled her out the same day and on top of that The owner took all my baby paperwork for when she was first born and her Birth certificate which she didn’t need to I had all the documents that the owner ask for me to sign and her immunizations in one folder When her dad dropped her off, he gave the package to the lady that was there so when I called today 4/23/25 explain the situation to one of the staff she told me that owner is gone for the day and I have to wait until tomorrow to get all my paperwork And one of her staff members was on the phone with the owner asked her should she give me her number and she said no she will give me a call in the morning, but I was confused on. Why not give me a call tonight. And had her staff lady hang up on me That was very rude and not professional at all. The owner should’ve never took my daughter paperwork in the first place because all the paperwork that was needed was handed to one of the staff there during drop off that morning But here it is a week later and she never told me she took my baby paperwork Until I went through her diaper bag today and noticed everything was missing.

My son has been going to KPC for a few years now, and he loves it there. Ms K is such a light in this world and has a special gift, we are so thankful for her. My son loves coming to daycare everyday due to the warm and welcoming environment. The teachers are knowledgeable and well trained, making me feel confident and comfortable with the care he is in. I highly recommend taking your kiddos to KPC learning center!

Love the interaction that the staff have with the children…. My children have definitely advanced since they have been enrolled…they are guaranteed to be ready for Kindergarten when it come to this daycare team!! I love it and I thank yall for all you do with our children ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about these people. They are amazing with my children my son who has sensory issues they are willing to work with him and willing to reach out to other avenues for me if necessary. They are a breath of fresh air after going through so many trials with other daycare‘s who were not willing to take the extra mile for me and my children. My children are always happy when they leave there and I’m always well-informed on any concerns and the daily activities. I went through several jobs because of Daycare‘s not wanting to work with us. Thank you for letting me provide for my family by working with us.

My daughters have attended here for three months now. My four year old was very quiet and did not speak so well. Now she loud with everything she says and is speaking sooooo much better. My girls love it here.😁
