"La Edad de Oro" Family Daycare LLC

We’ve had a wonderful experience with La Edad de Oro. The staff is warm, professional, and truly dedicated to each child’s development. If you’re looking for a place where your child will feel happy, safe, and excited to go every day, this is it. The activities are enriching, and communication is always clear and thoughtful. We’re so grateful to have found such a caring and supportive environment!

When you have your first child and live near no family, it is so overwhelming figuring out where to bring your tiny 3 month old baby who can't even speak. However, finding Edad de Oro was truly a blessing. Leaving my son with Leidys and Mireya feels like leaving him with family. They truly love on and care for the children there so much. My son is 10 months now and still can't speak but I know he adores them because when we drop him off it's like we don't exist he's so excited😅. My neighbors sometimes do pick up for us, and are equally in awe. They commented that we really found a gem and I know it! Also getting to see the activities he'll eventually get to do is so fun, they are so engaging! I can honestly say that from the 1st week first apart I have had no anxiety just knowing he is in amazing hands and so well cared for❤️

This daycare is the best! The family is so nice, caring, and my son never wants to leave. It’s not just a daycare; they make you feel welcome and like family. I’m so happy my son goes here.

Leidys and Mireya are amazing caretakers and I trust that everyday my daughter is going to receive the finest care. She has been going to La Edad just for 2 months now but she loves it. Even on weekends she asks if she is going to see them at daycare. That's how much she loves being there. The kids get to do awesome activities and they learn a lot too. The Cuban food looks amazing andy daughter loves it. There facility is beautiful and spotless. I couldn't ask for more!

We absolutely love Leidys and Mireya at The Golden Age. We trust them fully with our little guy and we can tell he loves them too. Not only do they provide exceptional care, with their meals, routines, pictures, etc. - but they are wonderful communicators with the families. We are always listened to and can tell they lead with their hearts. I absolutely believe there is no better care in East Haven. Would recommend to anyone.
