La Petite Academy of Lexington

we feel at ease knowing our kids are safe and well taken care of at LPA. The cameras are a nice feature to check in on the kids throughout the day, but we trust the teachers so much we rarely feel the need to look at the cameras. The center is clean and communication is really great with the teachers.

La Petite Academy is such a special Center. The staff are full of love for the kids, the facilities are immaculate, and we have had such a wonderful experiencing since enrolling our two boys last month! We receive regular updates from the caregivers including pictures of their activities, and it is so wonderful to be able to view the live video. The administrators communicate very effectively, and the atmosphere is warm and feels like family. The staff helped our two year old acclimate to being in childcare for the first time, and the transition went very smoothly for all of us. Our school-aged child enjoys riding the center bus, and he receives support for his homework after school. We really enjoy the mobile application that makes registration, payment, and communication user-friendly. The Center hours, limited closure dates, and location are very convenient for our family, and the center is extremely secure! We are so grateful to have our kids in such a wonderful center, and I would highly recommend La Petite Academy for any family!!

We love La Petite and had a wonderful experience here over the past 4 years with both of our kids. Awesome teachers and staff. We appreciated the ease of communication and notifications/photos throughout the day on their app. The kids loved their teachers and had a lot of fun here during the day. We relocated to a new city, but are grateful to everyone at La Petite Lansdowne for taking such good care of our little ones in the years we were there!

We have been at La Petite for 4.5 years. When we started, our daughter was in pre-k and our son was 9 months old. We immediately were impressed with the director and assistant director and the rest of the staff. Our children have been well cared for and have always loved going to school. A healthy and yummy breakfast, lunch, and snack are part of the day. They also get fun outside time when weather permits! I love the app that we can utilize to get up to date information on potty times, naps, eating, and pictures or videos of them having fun while learning or playing. We also get frequent updates or class announcements to feel prepared for upcoming events! There’s parent teacher conferences or you can sit down with the directors at any time to address questions or concerns. Our daughter was very well prepared for kindergarten. Fast forward to our son being in pre-k and our daughter, now a third grader, who attends when her elementary school is not in session. The awesome kid station program involves fun learning lessons, team building, helping to mentor smaller kids at the school, and creative uses of technology. They’ve done plays, built STEM related creations, and role played along with art projects and fun field trips! Snow day or school inservice day, spring break, Election Day, Summer and Winter breaks are no problem for us ~ LaPetite welcomes my daughter back with open arms so both my kids are at the same place-it’s familiar, safe, and an enjoyable experience for her to see old pals and make new memories! I can’t thank this school enough for our fabulous experience! Highly highly recommend! Helps with working mom guilt when you know your kiddos are well cared for and happy!

I can't say enough great things about La Petite. We started when my daughter was about 8 weeks old, each room she has been in has had wonderful teachers who take time to make a connection with not only my daughter but with me. We are always greeted at the door and I can tell my daughter is excited to go. You can tell the teachers really care about their students too. All around it's a great facility and great people working there!
