La Petite Academy of Nashville

We have taken both of our kids to La Petite for the past 4 or 5 years. Our old daycare closed and we were able to get our daughter in. Shortly after, we had our second child. He was 8 weeks old when we needed to enroll him. Our daughter went into kindergarten last year and was really prepared. The learning and structure really helped her make the transition into a new school. Our son still have a few more years before he goes into kindergarten. We have received nothing but honest feedback from the the director and others on the staff. It's super apparent that they love both of our kids. They ask all the time about our daughter and light up when they see her. Throughout the pandemic, the staff and director were vigilant about maintaining a safe and clean facility. It was really important to us personally. It was inconvenient at times, but safety is always a priority. I can't recommend La Petite enough!

I’ve loved this place since my son attended as a little boy and still do as my daughter currently attends La Petite! My son still talks about this place and how he misses the staff! As far as my daughter, she has grown so much here with Ms. Barbara. The interaction is priceless. The communication is great. Updates are on point. The director and staff have been very welcoming since day 1! I’d recommend La Petite a million times!

Horrible. My toddler was restrained between a teachers legs you could see him trying to get away crying and I had video proof. My mother saw other video footage. The director didn't see anything wrong. I immediately removed him. They abuse children.

My daughter attended this La Petite location from age 3 to 5 and it was the most amazing experience. She adored her teachers and as directors Ms. Melissa and Ms. Toia cared for her like she was their own. We were very impressed with the education program at the school. She learned so much by pre-K that she tested for early admittance to Kindergarten. One of the best features of this school is that they use the brightwheel app so I was receiving daily updates, pictures and videos of her! Can't say enough about what a great experience A had with her La Petite family!

One teacher was incompetent enough to let other kids hit my son and then act unprofessionally when he retaliated. This school has been a nightmare and the director is "ghetto" to say the least. She will side with the teachers before investigating. Don't go to this daycare. Human services will be notified of these incidents and I hope that some people lose their jobs. These are kids not toys. I expect a daycare to be good when I pay $180 a week.
