Some of the daycare staff are warm and caring, which I deeply appreciate. However, my overall experience has been mixed. The environment feels sterile—more like a hospital than a space designed to nurture children. There’s little color or warmth in the atmosphere.
I’ve also noticed that while a few staff members are engaged, others seem cold or disconnected. The assistant director often appears overwhelmed, and the director comes across as disengaged, which doesn’t inspire much confidence.
I’m sharing this with hopes that the leadership will take a closer look at the emotional and environmental tone of the daycare. I’ll continue to observe and adjust my rating as needed. At the moment, I can only give 1 star.

Staff seemed like they wanted to work there but I unenrolled my daughter after the director made it not worth it for my daughter to be there anymore.
I needed care later in the mornings and the director yelled at me like a child the first week because we had not yet established a schedule and told me I couldn't bring in my child whenever I felt like it. On two occasions she told me my daughter couldn't come (she had vomited once and there was a confirmed covid case) which I understood but she did not let me know until I was inside of the door so I had to drive back on icy roads. On the occasion that she vomited she went against protocol which says that a child has to vomit twice before being denied so I ended up bringing my daughter back and she seemed very unempathetic. I will be finding somewhere else to bring my daughter and I advise parents to stay away from this location.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!
I will never send or recommend any child to this facility!! Now I know all employees are different but the preschool class was horrible to my son!!! Not only to mine but I witnessed things i know other parents would not approve of! Like holding peoples kids down and yelling at them! On 10/23/2018 I dropped my 3yr old off at pre school for a short visit! My son daily begs me to not take him but I figured because he never said anything specific that he just didn’t want to go! Although he is 3 he would say they were mean!! I know he can tell me somethings just not all... I sat there 30 minutes that day to see for myself how the teachers interact with the kids and how my son interacts with others. While sitting there I seen 3 kids with runny noses not being wiped, 1 kid jumping and crawling on the tables and a little girl asked both staff in the room for help to zip her jacket, she finally Came and asked me,”can you help me”. I helped but I was confused on why ignoring her or telling her to do it her self would be ok her jacket was stuck! The teachers are just completely out numbered!! When me and my husband came to pick up our son that after noon we couldn’t find him out side but could hear yelling I then seen my son being attacked by 2 kids and every single teacher was sitting upfront by the gates not even paying attention!!!! My son has came home 2x now with bruises and soaked pants a number of times!! My son is potty trained I find it very unacceptable that more times then non my son has came home wet!! When I asked to view the video of that day they completely refused and offered me my money back instead like that would persuade me to let it go..We pay a lot of money for him to be there and for him to be neglected/hurt is not ok!!!!!! As well as they tried to call me after the fact to kick him out!! When they tell me daily he is an angel...! So why does he get kicked out!? NEVER AGAIN!!! And this issue is being pursued!!

My daughter has been here since she was ten weeks old. The staff love and take care of her as if she were one of their own!
