La Petite Academy on Cedar Road

We love La Petite on Cedar road! We have been going since our baby was 4 months old and couldn’t be happier with them. The teachers are fabulous and communication with staff and leadership is easy and open. 10/10 recommend!

My daughter (3.5 years old) has been attending the Preschool class for 5 months, and this place is fantastic. The beginning was challenging for her, as she had never been in daycare before, so she was upset, scared, and experiencing all the emotions you can imagine. However, the teachers were incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive, helping her adjust to the new environment. Within a few weeks, she became very happy to be there and would often talk about how much she loves Ms. Emily and Ms. Nicole. The teachers are kind and knowledgeable. The food served is diverse and tasty, always including fruits and vegetables. They also use modern technology, with electronic sign-in/out for the children and real-time cameras that parents can access through an app whenever they’d like. If you’re looking for a place for your child, this is the one.

Wonderful teachers and staff-educational and fun activities, free play, great learning environment. Nice class sizes. Love the playground too! We have been here 2.5 years and would highly recommend.

My daughter has been coming here since she was 4 years old and haven’t had any issues until recently. We are a military family and need reliable childcare. In the past week the daycare sent a notice 2 hours before drop off that they will be closing at 12 noon that same day and expect the kids to be picked up by 12 noon. I had to miss half a day of work. Yesterday I drove 20 min out of my way to take her to daycare only to be turned away at the door. I had to make other childcare arrangements so I could report to work.

My 2nd born goes here since she was 5 months old ( she is almost 2). We have honestly have not had any issues with anybody here. The staff all have been super nice and responsive whenever we have had questions or concerns. I will say the one thing that I am grateful for is the min my child has every gotten sick. They have been super fast to call with all the info. Another high note is the location. It is super easy for me to drop my daughter off while I am heading into work. All I can say is give them a try. They work for us and would totally recommend to any families moving to the area.
