My daughter has been at La Petite for over 3 years. She is just about to graduation from Pre-K. My son recently joined. It has been such a wonderful experience. The teachers/staff are truly amazing. The turnover rate among staff is low, you truly feel like you get to know the teachers. The activities / lessons they create for the kids are so impressive. I could not recommend this school more.

My kid surprised me by asking/saying "Mommy go to Jodies school!?", instead of enjoying a day at home with me. My almost 3 year old toddler's comment put me into deep coffee thought and I needed to write a review because when a toddler says something it speaks wonders about a place. Ms. Jodie is just a beautiful soul who pours all her love into her school, staff and our children's lives. Ms. Rachel knows her way around my sassy school age kids and keeps them on their toes which I personally love! My kids always talk about how she is fun and funny and is always catching them when they try to trick her. These two directors really do deliver the phrase "It takes a village to raise a village" to beyond and considering I have for kids that's a whole village on its own! Hahahaha! The woman annnd Mr. Peter are all great dedicated teachers. I can't forget the entire school's favorite sweetest chef Ms.Anu. The kids enjoy mostly everything she makes. The entire Infant/Toddler/Preschool staff provide a loving and comforting environment with my babies and I leave knowing my babies are safe even more so happy especially when I'm in a rush out the door. As a parent who experienced an awful experience elsewhere I couldn't be happier there now. My kids have flourished so much and most of that is thanks to Le Petite Academy.

We love La Petite. The director does a great job of running the school smoothly and keeping in touch with parents. You can also tell that she really cares about the children and their families. This school is set up for working parents who need reliable childcare and it is wonderful to have a place we can count on. The teachers are caring and responsible. We get updated throughout the day about what the kids are doing, what they had for lunch, if they napped, etc. Our daughter is 4 and she loves school. She has been going there for 1 1/2 years and we haven’t had any issues. Highly recommend.

La Petite Louisville means so much to me and my family, I could never capture it in a review. We consider ourselves so lucky to have this village of amazing teachers and staff looking after our two daughters. We started our oldest there as a toddler 2.5 years ago, and we plan to stay until kindergarten (even though we moved and now live 20 minutes away).
This is more than a daycare; it’s a community. Just walking into the building, you can feel it’s something special. Many staff members have been there for decades. Jodie, the director, does a remarkable job keeping the school thriving (despite challenges such as industry-wide staffing shortages).
Besides the teachers, here are my other favorite things about La Petite:
-They serve breakfast, lunch, and snack. No need to pack food.
-Teachers send frequent pictures and updates through the SproutAbout app about the kids’ meals, sleep, activities, etc.
-Cameras livestream the classrooms, and you can watch on the app. I haven’t heard of another school that does this. I value this feature so much (especially when my girls were first starting out). Popping into the stream to see what my girls are up to makes me feel connected to their day.
Dropping kids off at daycare for the first time can be excruciatingly difficult. But “it takes a village”, and La Petite is a huge part of our village. To know that my daughters are safe, happy, learning, and loved is the greatest gift. Thank you

This place has been such a blessing to me and my son. Jodie and Rachel really care about these kids and run an incredibly inclusive and loving school. His teachers are the most amazing women, my heart rests easy knowing he’s loved on and cared for at an individual level. He learns and develops so much here. They take the sweetest photos throughout the day and you have access to the classroom camera.
I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a trustworthy daycare ❤️
