Omg, placing my kids here was the best decision I ever made. I am new to NC and the entire staff is so supportive and like family.. every single teacher in this center is respectful, kind, courteous and supportive. My daughter is slightly on the spectrum and they are taking their time and working with her and I with ZERO COMPLAINTS. They have no idea how life changing that is for us. Feels good to be seen and not viewed. They are my NC family. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU ALL… BREANA YOU ARE PHENOMENAL AND. A TRUE ANGEL. My son calls me Ms.V at home he loves her so much….. U ladies keep it up. Thank you all and you have a blessing coming …❤️🩷

Choosing a center to care for your child (especially 3 month old baby) is a difficult decision! But from the moment I spoke with Ms. Briana (Assistant Director) on the phone I could feel her caring and passion for children. Our son loves his teachers, the food and the activities! Mrs. Toni in the infant room is simply amazing. The staff cares for the children like their own. It’s so comforting getting updates on our little man throughout the day through the daycare app. La Petite is more than a daycare - they are like family to us now!

We tried to enroll our 15-month-old in this branch, but it didn’t work out. The management over-committed some services during our tour. We transferred our son from a different branch of the same daycare chain. The director assured us that the teacher would be helpful and would try to feed him, among other things. However, during the three days our son attended, we never saw the assigned teacher smile at him even once. When I asked the director about this, she replied, "So, you don't think the teacher should be doing any other stuff (besides looking at your baby)?" Then the director criticized me, saying my son was not regular and that's why he wasn’t getting accustomed. Here's the thing: after the first two days, our son got sick because he wasn’t eating during his stay at daycare, and they put the children out to play in 95-degree weather. He was sick for the next week. When we took him back the following Monday, he vomited all his food because he was constantly crying, and no one came to comfort him. The teacher cleaned him, but he slept without eating anything and woke up crying again. Still, we didnt see the assigned teacher coming forward to comfort him. Later that day, one teacher packed six children into a single crib to take them outside to play. We could see the children stepping on each other as they tried to move, crawl, or walk. I believe this branch has a teacher-to-children ratio of 1:6, which makes for a busy schedule for the teacher. I did see some teachers from other classes coming over to talk to and comfort my baby. I suppose you can only send your baby after they have received really good training at home. One should not trust all the fancy talk during the tour; they are not willing to go the extra mile to make your child feel at home.

My children have been at La Petite for about 2 1/2 years. We have loved the teachers our children have had. We have had only one issue with one of the directors (who is no longer with the company), but otherwise have loved the directors. My daughter was a year and a half when she started, and she was somewhat delayed in the walking department. La Petite allowed her physical therapist to come and hold her physical therapy sessions there. She is now 4 and thriving. You can honestly tell the teachers genuinely care about the children that go there.

We are in our second month of child care for our 3 1/2 year old Allison. Our daughter made a transition from private in-home daycare to a school environment daycare at La Petite. We have been on a roller coaster of emotions with this transition, but Bri and all of the teachers have made the transition much easier for us. They calm my fears and are attentive to my daughters needs. Thank you Bri and staff at La Petite!!
