Ladybug and Friends Daycare & Preschool

Ladybug and Friends was recommended to us by our friend and it was our daughter’s first daycare ever. She took a little bit of time to adjust to being in daycare. Miss Melissa and Miss Zeze were so patient and wonderful to our baby girl. We got daily updates from the app and were able to communicate with the teachers and the director, Miss Vanessa, in a timely manner. Our daughter started singing and dancing after a few months attending and she was only 15 months at the time. As her parent, I felt very reassured knowing my child was in great care. We moved out of the city and had to change daycare. We miss our teachers dearly. Thank you for taking great care of our Alyssa. Highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new daycare for your child. You will feel at ease sending your child to this location. Bonus point is the drop off parking spots in front of the facility.

We had had not so good experiences at two other childcare centers before going to Ladybug & Friends West Loop so we were anxious. Ladybug & Friends in the West Loop was Great! Our son is now moving on to kindergarten. We learned another family has also been Very Happy with Ladybug & Friends WL, after having sent their child to two previous childcare centers (also with not so good experiences). The director Ariana was easy going, effective, and simply communicated the facts from the beginning. The learning was definitely play-based and hands-on, unlike other places that wanted young toddlers to sit at a table for extended periods of time and “work” or gave them workbooks to do. We loved his first teacher Ms. Vanessa! Who is now an assistant director at the Lincoln Jersey location on the north side. His last teacher Ms. Elvira was newer to the center and was great! She was focused on the kids’ milestones and communicated our child’s abilities quickly. Overall, the staff was caring and treated the kids as kids so they could learn easily while having fun! This was an amazing experience as we were very comfortable dropping our son off every day. I would definitely use Ladybug & Friends WL again. Ms. Ariana does a fantastic job of hiring good people who create a nurturing environment!

Cannot praise this place enough. Ms Ariana was kind enough to accommodate us for the particular time we needed and is so gracious and welcoming. My baby loved his teachers and adjusted very well within a week even though it was his first time. The infant teachers are amazing, there’s an open door policy and they constantly send pictures and updates. Would definitely come back if we move to Chicago.

Absolutely love Ladybug and am so sad to leave (only leaving because we’re moving). We’re in the infant room and Miss Deja, Miss Lupe and Miss Maria are the most caring, loving people and the director, Ariana, is easy to work with and flexible. Communication is great and they go above and beyond to make you feel cared for and love on your kiddos while you’re at work.

Love ladybugs. I love the classroom size, which is smaller than other daycare we saw and very clean. Also, the director, Ms Ariana, is so awesome, she is so accommodating and very nice. The teachers, Ms Maria and Ms Delia, are so nice as well. Thank you for all you do for our kids and us parent. I highly recommend ladybugs
