Laila's Lighthouse Daycare

What can I say. I’m beyond happy to know my daughters are in the care of Miss Pauline while I’m at work. My oldest has been attending Laila’s Daycare for over 2 years and my baby started at 5 months old and now it’s been a year since she started. Pauline does an amazing job teaching the kids. They’re development is amazing. Not only she’s great with the kids but also with parents; keeping us informed and supporting us in each way she can. My daughters are well behaved in great part due to Pauline and for that and more I am beyond grateful. The place is very nice and clean and I love that Pauline always sends me videos of my daughter’s accomplishments throughout the day. I recommend Laila’s Lighthouse Day Care 100%!!

Laila’s Lighthouse Daycare is the definition of a perfect daycare in my book. I’ve searched for months for a daycare I felt comfortable with that carried my expectations before coming across Laila’s. I couldn’t think of anyone else that is as experienced and qualified as Pauline to watch my kids. I trust no one else honestly. My oldest has been going to her for several years and now my youngest who is now 2 also attends her daycare and I have seen amazing progress in his development. She is very informative and I love that I get pictures and videos of their day to day activities which makes me feel like I’m there for all the fun, growth and development that they experience despite being a busy full time working mother. The environment is very welcoming, colorful, bright, structured, safe, and educational. It replicates a Pre-K setting and I love that she takes the time to work with the kid’s individually and update us on educational progress which helps in knowing what I can continue to work on with my kids at home. She has a different curriculum every week that we get a copy of to know what kind of activities they do throughout the day. She is the one person that my kids have always felt comfortable with and love going to which tells me that she’s the right fit for my family. She is patient, professional, involved, caring and loves what she does which is hard to find in someone these days. I have no worries when my kids are in her care. She teaches the younger kids how to sign words (American Sign Language) to help in communicating what they want which comes into play at home as well. Her establishment is very clean and well maintained which gives me a peace of mind especially during COVID (as it’s also usually common for kids to always get sick at daycare facilities). The kids are also well fed and get snacks and lots of play time indoors and outdoors which I love as they get to enjoy being kids and not being tied to electronics and TVs. They learn life skills which I love as my toddler is very helpful at home with cleaning up and being independent. I can confidently say that when the time comes for my toddler to start school, that he will be prepared. I highly recommend Laila’s Lighthouse Daycare 100%. I have nothing but positive things to say and I feel truly blessed to have my kids at this daycare getting the proper care they deserve. It’s 100% worth it.

Highly recommend! Ms Pauline is amazing! My little one has been going since she was 3 months old (she’s 10 months now). Ms. Pauline understands the trust we put in childcare providers to look after our baby and always gives frequent updates via pictures. She provides weekly updates on educational activities and incorporates our child into all activities to expose her to advanced language and improve her motor skills. Ms. Pauline is also very communicative and involved in our baby’s developmental and feeding journey and will collaborate with me on meals and provide insight/tips whenever we ask (like getting our baby to nap independently-which was a game changer) Our baby has learned so much since starting and is always excited when I say it’s time to go see Ms. Pauline.

I highly recommend Laila’s Lighthouse Daycare. Pauline is an amazing teacher. She works one-on-one with my child in many areas. She is very attentive, loving, and professional. My son enjoys his time each day in her care. The environment is very clean and structured. I get daily pictures and video updates on my child which puts me at ease. My child has advanced in so many areas since starting school.

This is how Daycares should be! We will be sad when she has to start school. The one on one, the education she provides and the creativity and imagination and the attention that she pays to each child! The kids love going there and I Love seeing the stuff they get to do. Thank God that the first time using a Daycare it was with her and it’s great!
