Lancaster Early Education Center

So, becoming a parent – wow, what a journey! Finding daycare for my first little one was a total headache. I was so stressed about her safety and finding a place that felt right. Then a friend suggested Lancaster Early Education Center, and honestly, it was a game-changer. My daughter absolutely adored it from the moment we walked in! My wife and I were so impressed, we actually signed our second child up there too. Seriously, the difference in what they learn from day one is amazing. If you're looking for daycare, I couldn't recommend Lancaster Early Education Center highly enough! It's been a lifesaver for us.

I am an employee at lancaster early education center. Been an employee since 2007 and never left a review so I felt like I should. Based on my experiences I feel the center is a great place to work at as well as a great place to take your children. The center is a star 4 center. My child also attended this daycare when she was younger. The staff are amazing and really cares for the well being of every child. I personally can say I love all the children like they are one of my own. Our parents are amazing and very supportive. This is my second family. Upon leaving the daycare my daughter was well ready to transition off to kindergarten. Shout out to Miss Lisa for helping with the transition to potty training her and for having the patience to be able to help me get her trained. Another reason the center is a great place to send your children is because you cannot enter the building unless you have a keycard. This shows safety. The center has cameras in every classroom and administration does not tolerate the use of cell phones. This goes to show eyes on children at all times. Many of the staff have been employed at the center for many years and is well educated and have degrees. Administration is really big on professionalism and a great education for the staff. Speaking for myself I have my CDA and only two classes left to take for my degree. If you’re looking for a safe, friendly, affordable care, and a great relationship with your child’s teacher lancaster early education center is the place for you! ❤️💜❤️💜

Id give it less if I could. Staff is nice. Leadership is petty. I'm coming back years later to leave this because I can. Leadership will probably respond back to me with some comment about my child and use their name too (super weird). If they don't, that shows how they've matured over the last few years. If you like people who are unable to take constructive criticism without biting your head off, this is the place for you. I hope they had a change of leadership, and if not, I'm sure I'll hear from ya in a response message.

Dont let that 4.6 rating fool you. Within minutes of my 1 star there were 10+ NEW FAKE REVIEWS. Theyre already showing you the DISHONEST & UNETHICAL behavior that the director & staff have. Absolutely no integrity. For the past week this daycare has been arguing with me, trying to bully me and assassinate my character because they didn't like my 1 star review on MY Experience years ago. My words really have them in an uproar. May I suggest having a better attitude about criticism. Ive been on here this week because I saw a recent post bashing your daycare on fb (like always) so I went to check my review & Just Noticed your reply. This daycare is obsessed with trying to fix that horrible image & reputation they have. If youll lie for 5 star reviews, you'll lie about anything. This daycare is known as ONE OF THE WORST IN LANCASTER. My son was there years ago but I Recently seen other ppl saying theyve had similar bad experiences too so I see nothings changed. Don't believe me, ask around. They were horrible when it came to my son & made it impossible for him to be there. Apparently him dumping toys was too much for them to handle. They told me he couldnt return to the daycare without a 1 on 1 teacher which I was put on a waiting list for. The waiting list was going to be for months. But the rule is that he can only be out for a week so obviously I ran out of time. It all seemed like a plan to get him out over minor behaviors all kids have. The daycare hates when you have an opinion about anything. No compromising or working with the parent. The teachers are mean & impatient. As you can see in the replies there's No 'Sorry for your bad experience' just gaslighting, deflection & no accountability. Take the criticism with some grace. One year at that daycare was nothing but drama & bad service. To keep high ratings they really force the staff to make reviews, blink twice if you need help. 😂

This building is hands down the most state of the art pre-k environment available to children in Lancaster. Safety is their highest priority and the caring staff makes sure each child is cared for with this in mind.
