Launchpad Preschool

We’ve had our son at Launch Pad since he was 2, and we couldn’t be happier! The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and truly cares about each child. We love how safe and secure the facility is—from the gated entry to the friendly security guards who are always present and professional. The turfed playground is great for safe outdoor fun, and the in-house chef prepares healthy meals that our son actually enjoys. They also go all out for holidays and special events, making it such a fun and engaging environment. We’re so thankful to be part of the Launch Pad family!

As grandparents, finding a place where our grandson Warren would be safe, happy, and well cared for was so important to us—and Launch Pad has gone above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we first visited, we felt a genuine warmth from the staff. The teachers are loving and attentive, the playground is clean and safe with soft turf, and the in-house chef provides healthy meals that our picky little guy actually eats! We also appreciate the extra layer of safety with their friendly security guards always on-site. They make holidays and special occasions feel magical, and it’s clear the children are truly loved here. We couldn’t be more grateful knowing our grandson Warren is in such good hands.

See the screenshots —I had my child at Launchpad for about a year and a half, we started there right when they opened. There were small hiccups here and there—some which hurt my mommy heart, like not telling me that my kid was out of her Dairy-free milk and that they had made a change to no longer provide non-dairy options unless the parents bring milk in, which I definitely would have. Instead, they neglected to tell me and I found out several weeks later that my child, who absolutely LOVES milk, was having to sit at lunch each day watching all the other kids get served milk and she was only being served water. Lack of communication was a regular thing with Launchpad. But my biggest complaint was that they was a boy in my kid’s class to kept attacking her and the other kids—biting, hitting, scratching, kicking. My daughter came home with deep scratches on either side of her mouth like the Joker one day. And nothing was happening to that boy. I didn’t find out until recently that the reason that boy and his younger sister, who apparently has the same issues terrorizing her classmates, never hit kicked out is because their parents are investors with Launchpad. One of the 2yo teachers also has a daughter in the school and my daughter told me multiple times that her daughter had bit or hit her, but I didn’t see incident reports often—that tells me either the teachers were hiding it since it was the teacher’s daughter or they were not watching the kids like they should have been. I was excited for the STEAM learning that was promised there, and they did have some cute art projects, however I I don’t know that there was much additional learning happening. I would regularly drop my kid off to multiple kids running around like lunatics, the teacher ignoring the scene, and pick up my kid and the music would be blasting in the classroom, to the point that I felt bad having my daughter subjected to that loud of an environment. The good teachers that I did like there never stayed long. The current director is the niece of the owner. My complaints and other parents’ complaints to her fell on deaf ears, because who does she need to prove her worth to when she’s part of the family? I really had higher hopes for this place. If your kids are here and they are telling you other kids are hitting and biting them, I recommend you take them out—it won’t get better!

Our experience with Launchpad for our 1 and 2 year old has been fantastic. From day one, the staff has been warm, patient, and loving to our family. They create a nurturing environment that feels like a second home for our children. The curriculum is perfectly tailored, and makes learning fun and engaging. We've seen our children thrive in their social and cognitive skills thanks to the thoughtfully designed activities. The facilities are safe with an exceptional security team. Outdoor play areas are well-equipped for energetic exploration. Classrooms are bright and organized. Communication with parents is superb, keeping us informed and involved daily. I can't recommend this school enough!

My child has greatly developed during her time at Launch Pad. The administrative team is always at the door in the morning and in the afternoon when I pick my child up. They have onsite security at the door which was huge for me. The team of teachers work well together and the results have been amazing. Madison from the administrative team does great with giving us timely updates.
