LeafSpring School at the Boulders

The LeafSpring staff felt like family to us while our child was there. The teachers and staff are so caring and the center is extremely well-run. Our child thrived thanks to the excellent teachers and the resources they had to enrich each kid’s development. We miss LeafSpring!

I cannot say enough good things about LeafSpring at the Boulders! The teachers are well-trained, dedicated, very good at communicating with parents and kids alike, and clearly focused on providing age-appropriate curriculum/activities for the students. Compared to where our daughter used to attend, LS is a complete 180! I don’t have to worry about if my kid is being watched, if the food being fed to her is awful for her, if the teachers are qualified and dedicated, etc. Having the Get Well Place with nurses on staff is a huge added bonus. It’s a great value and we know our kiddo is being loved on and learning so much every day. We’re so glad to be a part of the LS family!

I have been in early education for nearly 25 years, and I cannot say enough positive things about LeafSpring School at The Boulders. From being a phenomenal place to work, to being my daughter's first choice for summer camp, this school really does have it all. Highlights: * Family Friendly atmosphere, where quality and customer service are equally given highest priority. * Programs for infants up through school age children 13 years old. * Recent updates both inside and outside, to include playground expansions. * Full time RN on staff. * Tenured staff! Multiple 20+, 18+, 15+, and 10+ year employees. * Meals and diapers/wipes included in tuition. * Professional Development and advancement opportunities for staff. * Been a staple in RVA for over 30 years at this location!! * Licensed and accredited. My daughter has been here since she started daycare at 8 months old (she’s almost 4 now) and we have loved it the whole time. Very friendly and supportive staff and great teachers, even the nurse is amazing. The entire staff just love all the kids and my daughter loves going to school every day.

We couldn’t be happier we chose LeafSpring School for our son. He’s now in his 4th class there and every teacher has been kind, nurturing, intuitive and so knowledgeable in early childhood education. He learns so much and is so happy to go to school each day. We were so nervous to send our tiny 3 month old to a public daycare but it’s the best decision we could have made for his development.
