Life Academy Preschool & After School

VERY disappointed in this daycare. Husband and I were on the waitlist for over 9 months and told multiple times that we would have a spot by the time I was done with maternity leave. I called every few months during my pregnancy to call about the waitlist and they told me that we would have no problem. A few weeks before my delivery I called asking about the enrollment process and we what needed to do. Mary told me that we would receive an email in a month with details about enrollment and our start date. That email never came and we were told we would have no issues with our spotby our start date. I started calling every week asking for an update. Finally after the third week we were told to look somewhere else for daycare services. I asked to speak with Sarah and got denied every time saying that she’s either in a meeting or not available. I asked for someone to call me back with an explanation on why we couldn’t get a spot after being on the waitlist for 9 months and guaranteed a spot. We never got a call back from Life Academy. Very disappointed in this daycare. My husband and I had to scramble to find a different daycare within a month before I went back to work. DON’T waste your time with them.

This was the first time The Pastor/Director Sarah Crosse at Life Academy tried to neglect my two year old son from eating breakfast for being 4 mintues late “from the breakfast cut off time” I always stay to make sure he eats and i leave once he has ate, ever since i noticed they let my child starve serveral other mornings for 3 hours until lunch time. Till this day of today July 8, 2024 I still have not received the email she was suppose to send in regards to my concerns. This Morning July 8, 2024 my son Arrived 3 minutes after “the breakfast cut off time” yet there was 2 carts full of applesauce and cereal about 15 of each on both carts i grabbed one of each i had planned to stay there watch him eat clean up after him per usual but Sarah had uglier plans she ran up on me to ask me what i was doing and to put the food back ? She loves to recieve that child care weekly payment to pay for that same food she has neglected my son more than twice from. As a Pastor she needs to practice what she preaches, she might of had the right idea but she had the wrong parent. Its sad the staff will try to comfort you by saying “I’m sorry she’s just like that” i see why her staff is constantly quitting on her. I feel VERY DISCRIMINATED by the way she came up at me with her “superior authority” insisting me as a mother to not feed my child I sure did express to her what i thought of her and her actions, if she thought just because im Hispanic I would let her disrespect my son she had the wrong parent. Maybe if her husband starved her for 3 hours maybe she would loose that extra weight on herself . God don’t like ugly and neither do I. THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO TAKE YOUR CHILD AT THIS DAYCARE AT YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️ ‼️

The staff is remarkably attentive to my needs as a parent, and the app they provide is incredibly helpful in keeping me informed about my baby's activities and progress. I particularly appreciate the pictures that send me it brighten up my day.

New to the area. Both of my kids (9 &3) go to daycare/summer camp here. Excellent group of folks watching them and taking care of them throughout the day. Plenty of activities with the older kids. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Cannot say enough good things about the service our family has received from this facility! We will definitely be considering them for our children's schooling in the future.

My kiddos love it! They've been going there for over 2 years.. the staff is super friendly and the preschool teachers are amazing! My 1st grader went back to do summer camp as well and they keep the kids so busy with outings and activities! We love Life Academy!!! 💜
