Life Prep Early Learning Centers

Life Prep ELC has been an integral part of our family's life for the past 3 years. My oldest son started attending when he was 2.5 years old, and now at 5 years old, he will be graduating from Life Prep for kindergarten. My younger son also started attending when he was just over 2, and he's been there for 6 months now. Both of my sons are nurtured, valued, and encouraged to grow! Facilities: the space is bright and cheery, clean, well-organized, and decorated with kid-friendly decor, including their own art work! Curriculum: When my son first started here at 2.5, I'd ask questions like "Did you have a good day today?" or "What did you do today?" He'd respond with an enthusiastic "Yes!" or "I played today!" Life Prep encourages learning through play-based activities, yet, I'm always amazed by what new skills my kids learn each day, whether it's learning how to be empathetic or learning to count to 100! I'm confident my older son is more than ready for kindergarten with his early literacy and numeracy skills, but more importantly with his social and emotional skills. Staff: The staff at Life Prep are genuinely caring and attentive. Both of my sons speak positively and warmly about each of the teachers. I appreciate how they communicate with parents regularly, providing photos and messages through the Brightwheel app and sending monthly newsletters. Overall Experience: My children have blossomed at this school. They look forward to the various weekly adventures and come home excited to share what they’ve learned. We are so grateful to have found this wonderful school!

My daughter has attended Life Prep for the last 3 years and it has been amazing. She went from not wanting to go, to not wanting to leave. Ms.Cenita is awesome and has done great making my baby feel comfortable. She’s now ready for kindergarten.

The program was a God send! I’ve seen so much growth from my son, who has been attending the program for over a year. He’s learning to read and write. He’s learning how to be compassionate and patient. The staff are wonderful with him and work with him (and the other children) to problem solve and work well with others (and so much more!). When my son entered the program, he had difficulty communicating. He has blossomed so much with his speech and expression. I highly recommend the program! If I have any more children, I pray to be able to enroll them as well.

I am really going to miss these beautiful people and this beautiful place! Life Prep truly became family. Ms. Cenita, Ms. Brooks, Ms. A., Ms. Maya, Ms. M., Ms. B., Ms. Cornish...oh, how I am so grateful for and indebted to thee!!! They instilled in my daughter (now 4 yrs. old) the love of learning and curiosity, confidence, responsibility, empathy, and the list goes on. They genuinely and wholeheartedly exemplify their core values and I 1000% trust them with my child. They've made such a positive impact on my daughter socially and emotionally, physically, and cognitively. They role model being lifelong learners themselves and continuously develop their curriculum based on evidence and quality research when it comes to early childhood education. That alone speaks volumes that they truly, truly care about each child's development. They are some of the most resourceful teachers and guides I know and have grown to adore, respect, and cherish. Thank you Life Prep for every single moment you've spent caring for, loving, and valuing my child! We will miss you terribly!

Life Prep has and will always hold a special place in our hearts. My son started as a fresh 2 year old with communication delays, both expressive and receptive. Cenita and the team were extremely patient and did their very best to help him grow and develop at his pace. About 6-8 months after he started, we mutually agreed to take some time off so we could focus on my son’s communication delays with other services. About 6 months after his hiatus, Cenita reached out to us inquiring if we wanted to try again and we were and are so grateful. From seeing him start as a 2 year old to soon finishing out as a 5 year old, his development has soared with not just speech/communication, but in social, academic, and behavior skills. Life Prep also allowed us to consistently bring in services that has tremendously helped him, such as early intervention specialists and RBTs, to help him during the school day. With the care and love from Life Prep, he truly has blossomed into so much more than I could imagine. The teachers are also all so sweet, loving and approachable. I would recommend this school to every and anyone seeking care for their little ones.
