Lightbridge Academy

We’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lightbridge Academy, with both of our children attending daycare there. From day one, we’ve been welcomed into a genuinely caring, family-like environment that has made all the difference in our children's growth and comfort. The teachers are incredibly friendly, nurturing, and attentive, creating a space where our kids feel safe, happy, and excited to learn. They’ve learned so much—not just academically, but socially and emotionally too—thanks to the thoughtfully structured curriculum and engaging daily activities. We especially appreciate the emphasis on outdoor time, which keeps the kids active and refreshed. Transitions between rooms, potty training, schedule adjustments, and all the inevitable changes that come with early childhood have been handled with patience and amazing support. The staff really work with you as partners. Communication is always clear and timely, whether it’s about daily updates, developmental milestones, or just a fun moment captured in a photo. You can really feel that the entire team is invested in the well-being of every child and family. We’re so grateful to be part of the Lightbridge community and highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe, enriching, and loving place for their little ones to grow.

From the infant room to the Preschool classrooms, my children are and have been in each room. The teachers are always so warm and welcoming, my kids have really formed special and unique bonds with all of the teachers and staff. They have learned so much from this school and look forward to going in everyday to see their teachers and friends. The school curriculum is fun and engaging and they absolutely love the summer program! I cannot recommend this academy enough!!!

We have been with lightbridge since our first child was just a few months old, and we cannot thank them enough for the love and care provided for not only our first child but also our second! From the ladies in the front who were fantastic to the teachers in the rooms, we are forever grateful! Leaving your child is hard in itself, so we appreciate being able to bring them to a place where not only they feel comfortable but we do as well. A few things that stuck out to us: Staff getting to know our family personally, having access to the camera, the use of the user friendly app, pictures daily of our children, strong communication from teachers and front office, cleanliness, and state of the art facility. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Lightbridge. All the staff is wonderful. Our son has been there for a year and started daycare at 2. He needed some help to adjust after only being at home until there. All of his teachers have been so warm and welcoming and have made him feel safe. Miss Priscilla, Miss Terry, Mis Ally, Miss Ashley, Miss Angie, and all the other teachers really made it easier for us as a family to make the transition to daycare. The facility itself is clean and bright with lots of windows. The kids are occupied all day with educational activities. I know my son is in good hands there.

I highly recommend Lightbridge to any families looking! We have been there 3 years now and have had a great experience. Between my 2 boys, we have been through almost every classroom they have and all the teachers have been great. The office staff is also incredible (shout out Miss Angie, Miss Lauren, Miss Allison and Miss Felicia) and they always make sure they are available to answer any and all questions. The building is also fairly new and offers a lot of great things both in the classrooms as well as the 2 beautiful playgrounds. My oldest is headed to kindergarten this year, and though he will be very sad to leave, I know without a doubt he is well prepared thanks to his experience at Lightbridge!
