Li'l Village Child Learning Center

Sadly, I had my first encounter with the owner Mounia Elhallou today after witnessing how she treated and spoke with a potential employee. She accused her of not having valid documentation after receiving her records from the doctor. Had her start working only to pull her from class 2 hours later to have her have the drs office complete a new set of the same forms because she didn’t approve of the way they were filled out. Forms were completed and taken to office immediately after Drs office provided new set. My daughter called to follow up to see when she could start all to be told that she gave her position away. That’s not the issue. The issue is the way she spoke to mmy daughter before hanging up on her. Then when I called her back after witnessing her speak to and hang up on my daughter and asked when my daughter could pick up her personal documents (social security card and birth ) she stated she could come now prior to hanging up on me. My daughter goes to pick up her documents and receives everything but her social security card. The door is slammed in her face and employees told not to open the door. She told my daughter to call the police if she wanted it back. The police were called (non emergency) and now Mounia wants to cooperate. This could have all been avoided by providing my daughter her personal information back. The staff was not the issue, it’s Mounia! Do better as a business owner. Your staff is nice but, overworked!

Horrible experience in the end. Our child attended Lil Village for over two years. She grew very close with all of the teachers and her classmates but when a bad situation occurred concerning my child and another child, that was brought to the owner’s attention, they chose to ignore it, call us liars, told us we should handle it ourselves by speaking with the parents of the other child, and ultimately chose a bully over our child. It was a very traumatic situation that I would not wish on anyone. When we asked the owner to stop over-talking us and help us to resolve the issue, our child was immediately terminated. The owner completely uprooted our little one without a care in the world. Do not recommend.

We are absolutely thrilled with the experience our daughter had at Li'l Village Child Learning Center! Over the past two years, the dedication and care shown by the staff have been nothing short of exceptional. The teachers are incredibly nurturing, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education. They always went above and beyond to ensure each child felt valued and encouraged to explore their curiosity. Our daughter thrived in this environment, and we’ve seen tremendous growth in her social, emotional, and academic skills. The learning activities were both engaging and educational, fostering a love for learning that we know will carry on as she enters kindergarten. The center’s well-rounded curriculum, which includes everything from reading and math fundamentals to creative arts and physical activities, has provided her with a solid foundation. What truly sets this learning center apart is the sense of community and the personalized attention given to each child. The staff made sure to communicate regularly with us, keeping us informed about her progress and any new milestones. It’s evident that they genuinely care about each child’s development and well-being. As our daughter moves on to kindergarten, we feel confident that she is more than ready to take on new challenges, thanks to the excellent preparation she received. We highly recommend this wonderful center to any parents looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their children. We've been in love with Lil' Village since day one! My daughter went here for a year and a half and never wants to say goodbye! The staff have been flexible, devoted and loving towards every child there. They hold many special events throughout the year for kids, from kona ice truck, trick or treat and a visit from Santa. Can't wait for our son to start this fall. I know he'll be getting the best of care as he grows with them the next few years

My both kids went to Little Village child care center. I am writing this review to show my heartfelt gratitude for owner and her staff. They were very professional and caring. They have gone above and beyond to make sure the children are safe, happy and learning best to their level. They put so much effort into self development, is highly recommended and highly respected in this areas. I highly recommend Little Village to new parents who are looking for best child care facility in this area This place is a truly amazing place for toddlers and young kids.
