Our son attended Lin’s Kids from the time he was four months to almost two years old. We had an amazing experience here. The center is well run and the Director and Assistant Director are extremely responsive and communicative. All of the staff are so caring. Our son learned and developed so much in their care. We were sad to move, otherwise we would have kept him here through pre-school.

My Family had been supporters of Lin’s for about almost two years and even brought in 3 families, until things started to get worse in particular with the owners daughter India. She is very passive aggressive and condescending towards parents to start. We have a 3 year old Autistic son who’d been there since he was 19 months and we began to feel he was being singled out and unwanted. My son is also nonverbal at the moment and cannot communicate what’s happening when I’m not around. He has therapist that have had numerous negative interactions with India after it was agreed that they would be allowed to come work at the center to support my child. What really took me over the edge was learning from his therapist that he was placed in a high chair away from the rest of the children for the majority of the day !!! Completely unacceptable. If you have a child with any kind of special needs please look elsewhere. It is not stated on their website that they cannot handle children with disabilities and they aren’t forthcoming whatsoever!!! Other than that Ms.Shelby and Ms.Chanta were a pleasure to work with but India will be the downfall of this place as many parents have had similar experience’s with her!!! Equity and Inclusion are not a priority at this center!!!

We love Lin's Kids. Both of our children have attended here and thrived. The staff is caring, communicative and easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about our experience there.
