Very disappointed. This daycare informed me to call them to enroll my child when she turned 1, as they do NOT use a waitlist. So I stayed in touch and called upon my child’s 1st birthday. When I finally reached someone, the receptionist informed me the manager would give me a call. Of course they never called - I had to call them again twice. Then the manager wouldn’t even talk to me to tell me they had no openings. We were suddenly in a bind.
So they don’t use a waitlist, barely answer the phone, and then I learn they don’t give tours either! Parents beware - you should always be able to tour your child’s facility! I guess the unavailability was a blessing in disguise.
We love the neighborhoods local businesses but this one disappointed us.

My child has been going here since she was only a few months old and just recently turned 5. I wouldnt send my child anywhere else. Erin and her staff are very understanding and my child has advanced on every level possible from basic motor skills to reading levels. I wouldn’t recomend anywhere else w/the staff and other parents also being very involved with the community surrounding the daycare!

Please send your child elsewhere. This was OK for the time being, but the staff when you walk in the door are very unwelcoming. They have attitudes in the morning and dont bother even saying good-morning when you speak. There were times when I gave them extra formula and they would call me to say I was out. The response from one of the workers were that oh we must have switched it with someone elses. There were times where my daughters diaper were filled to the max when I came to pick up and had to ask someone to change her or even I would change her myself. There were times when I would walk by an older group of kids where there was no supervision with them. Kids crying and no one to help. PLEASE JUST LOOK ELSEWHERE. They are racist and are liars. I also had a friend who took her child there, she was a difference race and she has always seen her child sitting by herself and not being including in things. Both my friend and I have found a better place for our children thank god!

My baby has been at this daycare since he was 9 months and he’s 3 , I ADORE this place Erin is VERY understanding when it comes to job loss and CCIS and ETC.
I wish she would extend her daycare so he can stay until 1st grade! Lol
Everyone is so welcoming and this whole place is like a home for children.
I live in Mt.Airy and travel to SP every morning JUST to bring my son to school.
I wish we could give 10 stars.
