Little Beginnings Child Development

We have been at LB since 2021. Our daughter loves going to school every day because of the positive environment the teachers and administrators create in each classroom. We also love the effort the teachers put into coming up with special activities and engaging curriculum. You can tell they are passionate about teaching and not just “babysitting.” The teachers has also been very communicative so we know what is going on at school. The teachers and administrators are trained in Conscious Discipline which has been a great way for our daughter to learn how to self regulate. They also have a huge shaded playground and parking lot for easy drop off. We love the amazing sense of community at LB. The daycare is a nonprofit with a cooperative model which means each family contributes some time to the school (such as bring in snacks or classroom librarian), but don’t let it scare you away. There is also an intentional effort for families to get to know each other. I highly recommend sending your child to LB.

Little Beginnings administration and teachers are incredible with children. I have witnessed the teachers console, celebrate, and give cues or space to solve the problems that my kids and their classmates face. The communication between the staff and parents is excellent, keeping us looped in whether about a bump, bug bite, or scraped knee from the playground. The co-op setup also creates a warm sense of community between the parents that I may normally not know. Overall, I am very grateful to have our kids at Little Beginnings and recommend it to others!

I have two children at LB and we are so happy with the care they receive each day. It feels like dropping them off with family in the morning. The staff is so warm and caring. I'm amazed at what my 3 year old is learning. My 1 year old is so happy to see her friends and explore. It is a wonderful place to grow! We love LB!

We love Little Beginnings! The teachers and staff are so caring and our little one has thrived since we joined. She's always excited to go to school in the morning to see her teachers and friends. We love that the school is so welcoming and works hard to build community for the students, families, and staff.

The administrative staff are welcoming, responsive, helpful, and the teachers are dedicated, communicative, calm, and invested in caring for and teaching children. Unlike most daycare playgrounds, this one is full of trees and natural elements for children to explore. Highly recommend!
