Little Champ Child Care

I absolutely recommend Little Champs Daycare. Our eldest has been there 2+ years and our youngest just started this week at 5 months old. Meenu’s care for children and her skill in helping them grow, develop and thrive is abundantly clear. We are so grateful to have found her and her daycare for our children. —- Our eldest started when she was 6 months old and - especially as first time parents releasing our child into the world - we have been so grateful to find Meenu. She has worked with us through milestones, from the transition to eating solids and, now, potty training. Even the first days there, our daughter was working on sitting up and Meenu specifically helped her throughout the week - She was sitting up on her own by the end of that week. Since then, Little Champ Child Care has become a home-away-from-home, where our child thrives and grows. Our eldest comes home singing songs, counting, wanting to unzip and put away her jacket by herself, etc. She also looks forward to going to daycare in the morning and often runs right in without saying ‘goodbye’ to us (until Meenu reminds her!) Other highlights: homecooked food, photos of my child sent to me throughout the day, getting to know Meenu and her family.

We don’t typically leave reviews, but Little champ child care deserves all the stars. If I could give more than 5 I would. As first-time parents we were hesitant to put our son in daycare. We went to go visit the daycare and immediately I could tell Meenu was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. My son started half days when he was 9 months and has grown such a strong bond with Meenu and the staff, which speaks volumes about the type of love and care they provide. This is the biggest ask we had as parents since we were leaving our child in the care of someone else. He genuinely loves going to daycare! My son has always been strong willed and refused taking the bottle at about 4 months, so we were worried that he wasn’t going to take it at daycare. Meenu was so patient and over time he took the bottle with her, which was a huge relief. Til this day he only takes the bottle with her and no one else—another reason I can say they have a strong bond. Being the strong-willed little guy he is, he is a very hesitant eater. He requires multiple exposure to foods to be ready to try them. Meenu and her staff took their time and were patient in helping him learn to eat solids. She even made him a variety of fresh food for him to try. Everything from parathas (Indian flatbread with different fillings), homemade yogurt, soup, fresh vegetable and fruit purees, and so much more. I love that he is getting a variety of foods and flavors. They also send photos or share exactly how much he has eaten so I know. Best part is all the photos they send. We get to see what our son is up to all day! From playing with his friends, to doing arts and crafts, and spending time outside, we appreciate Meenu and the staff for helping our son grow, learn, and develop. We are so grateful to have found Little Little champ child care and Meenu! I would not hesitate to recommend it. We drive from South Lake Union to Bellevue because we love it so much.

My daughter started here when she turned 16 months. I was very skeptical because this was her first time away from home. But I needn’t have worried!! Meenu is wonderful with children. My daughter enjoyed going to the day care. She ate well - Meenu prepared home cooked meals that my daughter loved. She would come home and ask me for the same dishes. They learnt colors, numbers, and did plenty of craft activities. The teachers truly care about the children. If you’re looking for a day care for your child, do consider little champ child care. You will not regret it!

My daughter attended this daycare for more than a year. Meenu and her team took very good care of her. She learnt proper eating habits from the daycare. The best part was Meenu used to share a lot of photos during the day which allowed me to continue office work without worrying much about my daughter. My daughter loved going to this place and used to miss the daycare even during weekends.

I would definitely recommend little champs childcare . I joined my son when he was 2years and I was so worried that how will get adjust over there but the meenu took care of him nicely that my son was so happy from the first day itself. I have send him because he did not start talking but after that with in no less time he started talking and he started learning many things now. Everyday meenu posts the pics of the activities they do and while they are having food and mentions the food she gave on that day. I can say that if you send your kid here you can be so relaxed because meenu take cares really good and we just feel that they are at home.
