Little Children Schoolhouse

Little Children Schoolhouse has truly felt like family. Our daughter started at 6 months old, and every teacher made us feel supported and confident from day one. They are so warm and genuinely joyful in their work — celebrating milestones and everyday moments right alongside us as parents. The care and connection at LCS are unmatched! Gladys is the magician behind it all — greeting every child by name, checking in with families, guiding smooth transitions between classrooms, and making the center feel both deeply caring and wonderfully organized. Her presence sets the tone for the warm, thoughtful community that defines LCS. The school is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed with age-appropriate learning and play. We loved receiving daily updates and photos through the Brightwheel app from music class, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and storytime. It helped us feel connected to our daughter’s day and confident in the excellent education, loving care, and enjoyment she experienced at LCS. We’ve since moved, and leaving LCS was the hardest part. It’s an exceptional place that set a beautiful foundation for our daughter’s early years. If you’re looking for a loving, thoughtful, and developmentally enriching daycare, LCS is it!

I feel SO lucky to have found this school, and have my daughter be able to go here. The teachers are so loving, kind and attentive. The administration pays attention to your child and places them in appropriate classes, and individualizes their learning. They constantly have activities that they bring home from school, visit different playgrounds daily and sometimes have field trips! Miss Clara and Miss Maribel are just a few to name. We feel like we’re part of a family, and I love that my daughter is picking up some Spanish while we’re at it!

Sent both of our children here from a young age until school age and had a fantastic experience. Kids entered school prepared and ready to learn, and well socialized. It was a warm and loving environment, our kids thrived here - prior to, through, and after the pandemic. The staff and teachers were kind, responsive and loved our kids who still talk about them fondly today.

We are so grateful to The Little Children Schoolhouse! From the time we started to the last day, they have all been wonderful. Above all, the teachers are so loving with the kids, and my daughter was happy to go to daycare and liked both her teachers and her friends. The fact that she was happy at daycare was so tremendously important for us. We are grateful also for them always being so flexible and helping us with transitions from one class to another and other challenges that may have come up. We are so thankful to the teachers for all their hard work, and I always felt my daughter was in safe and trusted hands. We thank them for all the wonderful photos, the awesome graduation ceremony (especially the songs the kids sang!), for the music lessons, the apple picking trips, the summer water play, and all the great playground time! Thank you for being a sunny and reliable part of our lives all these years!

Our daughter started at Little Children Schoolhouse at 3 months and was there for 4.5 years. We were so happy with the school, all of the teachers were wonderful, and we always felt she was completely safe. We loved getting frequent updates and pictures through the app, we always felt like we knew what she was doing at school. They created such a loving and emotionally supportive environment while also getting to do so many fun activities like music class, sprinkler play, field trips, and lots and lots of playground time. We highly recommend Little Children Schoolhouse!
