Little Folk's Corner

Sending all 3 of our children here because we love it so. Caring teachers with tons of experience. Our 4.5 year old is definitely ready for kindergarten after this most recent year in pre-k at Little Folks. Mrs. Woods is a fantastic teacher!

We started our 5 month old son in the infant room at LFC 4 days per week. Unfortunately, it was NOT a good experience at all. The first week they kept suggesting my son had some medical issue and that that's why he was so fussy and not ready for daycare. I went to two different pediatricians to make sure he was healthy because LFC kept suggesting my son had an ear infection, gas, etc. Both doctors said he was a healthy, normal baby and that daycare should be able to care for him. After two weeks at LFC, I received an email from the manager saying they would not be able to care for my son after the end of the month because he was too difficult and the teacher could not care for him and the three other kids in his class. I scrambled to find care, and fortunately went to Gretchen's House full time. On his first day Gretchen's House said he did great and they were happy to have him! They have not expressed any issues with our son - he eats all his bottles, sleeps a few hours a day there, and seems happy with the care there. I would be concerned to send any of my children, especially infants to LFC as they do not seem qualified to handle younger babies. I do NOT recommend Little Folks Corner and would stay away.

Holy Cow!!! I haven't thought about this place in years but decided to see the website come to my surprise little me is still in the kindergarteners profile. Man! I miss the pink jacket. I think I came here back in 2002-04 somewhere along there. I miss this place so much! so many memories! Photos of little me then and “old” me now.

Wonderful care for your children 0-5! Little are safe and we’ll cared for and older children get ready for Kinder! Small center so your kids can form relationships with teachers and classmates. I went here 30+ years ago and we have decided to send our kids here after we didn’t love another place in Ann Arbor we tried out.

Went here with my younger siblings when I was about 6. I remember having lots of fun in the play area (they had a tree house!) and going on the occasional nature walk. My parents had some issues with it though, so they stopped sending us there.
