Positive and engaging staff, great curriculum and facilities, positive and supportive environment, and great play! Our 3-year-old has attended since she was 4 months old and our 8-month-old has had a great 4 months there as well. We are grateful for all of the care and learning they get from LLA.

It's hard to explain what it's like to send your child to this place, other than just a complete and absolute nightmare. In my child's 4.5 months there, here were some of the reasons that I got a phone call needing to leave work: 1. To bring in a water cup that I forgot one day to "maintain state regulations." This is not true. I called the state, who let me know that it is a their responsibility to have water accessible to children at all time (a regulation and a responsibility of the daycare, not the parent.) 2. To bring in diapers that were never previously asked of me. 3. A sickness policy that enforces calling a parent to come get a child with any amount of runny nose. Attached is a photo that they sent me showing an "unacceptable" nose. The struggles of constantly needing to leave work and find alternate childcare all pale in comparison to the feeling of leaving your baby in the care of people who are truly just not good people. There are so many better alternatives out there. Save yourself the nightmare and just steer far, far away from these people.

We were excited about sending our child to LLA due to its cleanliness and apparently engaging teachers and curriculum. However, communication with this facility was terrible- the owner drafted a very important email to my family and forgot to send it. I had to repeatedly call and email in order to insure that they received our deposit and so that we could fill out paperwork. We ultimately decided to send our child elsewhere due to this unprofessional behavior.
