I absolutely love this daycare and my son loves it too! They always do fun activities the kids. I honestly could not have chosen a better daycare for my baby. They have the best staff as well, I’ve never had any problems. I highly recommend!!

Out of 4 day cares that I've had my kids here in Brownsville Little Mermaid on paredes has been the best service I've had very respectful and professional.they always make big parties without asking for $ r to bring items. I don't struggle anymore by getting bad service. Specially being rude just cuz they think they have the right to do so. There's ways to talk and treat parents.High five to all employees at LITTLE MERMAID ♥

Not even worthy of 1 star. Director (Brittany) took all requested paperwork upon enrollment. Second day I go to pick up my child, the owner refuses to release my child because no TX id was on file. We were never asked for it. I had a temporary id as well as several other identifications. Owner refused to release child without the police. Officer even said owner was out of line with her request and I had sufficient proof who I was.

Business owner is known to call and hire for services needed and not pay. They agree on a price and service by phone wait till services are rendered and then want to pay what they want not honoring the services originally set. This is not the first time they do this to businesses. All businesses need to get paid for they’re services just like they charge for there’s. Poor management no sense of respect.
