Little River Day School

My children have attended Little River Day School for over two years. The daycare is incredible - loving, supportive, great communication, great value, the works. We especially appreciate that the daycare prioritizes art, science, and academic skills and a joy for exploration - it creates a perfect balance of fun with learning. And most of all I love the staff - you can tell each and every staff member genuinely loves working with children and look after them as if they were their own. Our kids look forward to going to school each day, and love bringing back their little masterpieces to show us at the end of the week. We could not be happier with the school and are so incredibly thankful to have them nearby.

Enrolling my child in this school was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. The environment is cold, uncaring, and completely unfit for children. But the biggest problem is the teacher in the two-year-old class. She is rude, impatient, and treats my child terribly. It’s painfully obvious she hates her job and has no business working with kids. Every day, I leave my child here with nothing but regret and worry. No parent should have to endure this kind of stress. If you value your child’s happiness and safety, stay far away from this place.

My daughter attends LRDS and it’s an honor she’s attending! She always goes in with a big smile and comes out with one. She always comes out telling me she had fun, and enjoyed her day. Definitely recommend LRDS!

Highly recommend it. LRDS is a great school with great leadership. The Director, Ms. Sue, is professional, very understanding and accommodating to our needs. As you walk in, you can't help but notice how clean the place is. The teachers are very friendly and caring. My 2 kids went there and the fact that they run towards the school and into their classrooms speaks volumes. They really enjoy it there, during pick up, they are always playing and laughing and they look happy and as a mother, knowing that my kids are well taken care of throughout the day is key. We get pictures and videos regularly which gives us a glimpse into their day and those are always appreciated. I am sad that my kids are leaving as we have created bonds with the awesome staff at LRDS and I would recommend LRDS to anyone in a heartbeat.
