Ms. Alma and her staff Ms. Ashley 🤍 are kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s well-being and development. The activities they plan are creative and engaging, and it’s clear they encourage both learning and fun. I’ve also noticed my daughter’s social skills improving as she interacts with her peers in a nurturing environment. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the communication from the staff is fantastic. I always know what’s happening in my child’s day, which gives me peace of mind while I’m at work. Little Sharks Home Daycare is a fun, safe, and clean daycare. Ms. Alma and her team are caring and nurturing. Ms. Alma's activities are rooted in contemporary research on child development. These activities foster problem-solving skills, fine and gross motor skills, and communication skills. In addition to learning, children are fed nutritious meals and learn manners as they work closely with other kiddos on collaborative activities. Ms. Alma plans frequent fun activities for the kiddos and sends daily updates on said activities. I have known and trusted Ms. Alma for 2 years. I highly recommend her services.

My child has attended Little Sharks for years and we have had nothing but good things to say about Alma and her team. My child had never been in a group care situation prior to coming to Little Sharks so I researched Bakersfield day cares extensively. Alma was very accommodating to meet and let me tour the facility before we registered and answered all of my questions. Alma and her team have been incredibly kind and compassionate to my child as they acclimated to daycare. I get regular updates of the activities that the kids do, and my child loves Alma and the Little Sharks team.

Our daughter has been at Little Sharks Daycare- Miss Alma— since she was 3 months old (she’s now 7 months), and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve never had a single problem—the staff is warm, professional, and truly treats her like family. They go out of their way to engage the kids and help them learn and grow. It gives us so much peace knowing she’s in such good hands every day. Highly recommend!
