Very nice place! my kids love it, Very attentive teachers, especially Mrs. Maggie and Mrs. Letty which has help me a lot with my son's speech problem and behavior. I recommended this daycare to everyone, they have a big indoor playground. The Director is a very kind and attentive person. 100% recommended.

We have tried different daycare services since 2004 (when my eldest was born, but she has younger siblings now) and this one is the best one!! I've never lasted so long in one place and tbh we moved pretty far, but to us it's worth it! Our kids love it here! We have been with them since 2018! So many great teachers!! Shout out to Mrs Garza who made a difference in my son's behavior when he was in elementary.

I love this daycare. My kids have been attending for the past couple of years for both their after school and daily child care through summers and holidays when needed. The staff is friendly and professional. We have never had a problem with anyone. I would recommend this child care center to anyone.

I LOVE this daycare and am so happy I was able to enroll my daughter (space is limited). I removed her from two daycares prior to this one. She got bitten twice at the first daycare (Royal Academy) and although the director was amazing I had a horrible experience with one of the ladies in her room who implied there were too many kids to watch to prevent biting. The second one (Allstar Academy) was a NIGHTMARE and she got bit/deeply scratched within a week (after having her there for 2 months) and the only thing staff was concerned about was filling out an incident report. She would also be sweating and red when I picked her up because they have them all play outside 2 times a day on the blazing sun. Little Shining Stars has been a dream come true! They have recitals where the kids dance and sing with free popcorn, during the grandparents day they offered pan dulce, coffee, and tacos free of charge, they have a wonderful catered thanksgiving gathering with the family, awesome Halloween extravaganza, and make the environment so welcoming! They have an indoor playground which is a huge plus with this valley weather. I could go on and on but want to point out the great service. Thank you!!

PSA: PLEASE READ. ALL PARENTS.
Hello every parent who has their child attending Little Shining Stars development center. I am writing this to inform you on the safety concerns and unprofessional concerns I had throughout my sons experience and stay at the daycare facility. First, I would like to applaud the child caregivers who truly care for the safety of our children--which is our number 1 goal when placing our child in someone else's arms. However, through my son's time here, he has not been well taken care of, and it took me so long to stop brushing off the "little things" as the director Karina stated my complains as--and take action. These little things ranged from having throw up all over his shirt and face and them stating he was "just drooling." If you are a parent you know the obvious difference in the smell of drool and vomit. He has also been strapped up on a highchair asleep while they claimed he had been eating which mind you--there was NO EVIDENCE OF food around him or his clothe, etc. (A one year old does not eat clean or eat asleep.) To say the least, they just needed a cinematic response for the things I was addressing because they had nothing truthful to say. What an absolute coincidence that EVERY-SINGLE time I had a complain and addressed the director about it, the response was always, "I was about to get to him," or "He just got put there," or "I hadn't noticed yet, maybe it just happened." Another incident was when I was picking my son up and heard his teacher yelling horrifically and completely changed her tone when she saw me! Are you kidding me? Karina also stated I had separation anxiety from my son and yes, I worry for my son 24/7 he is a year old baby, but you as a director of a facility in which it is your duty to ensure a parents concerns is going to continuously use that as your response to a concern? Unacceptable, I am taking my time writing this in brief detail to LET other parents know that just because they smile, and tell you your kids are fine, please--always be open and skeptical to the possibility that our kids are just a pay-check for their cooperation. I advice all parents pay attention to every little thing that goes wrong and research on their complaints and know your rights as parents. ALSO, I would like to state that there are wonderful care-givers at the facility but sadly my son was not placed with them. In other words to say all the kids in the facility are not well taken care of would be a false acquisition because I can only speak on MY experience with my son's teacher and classroom and experiences with dealing with my concert as far as the way they addressed it. Also Karina, the Director, when notified my sons last day was today 1/26/18 due to safety concerns was--"AWESOME, BYE" What a great way to portray your facility and position.
