Little Sprouts Learning Center - Chapel Hills

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Little Sprouts! From the very beginning, the communication with Sarah and Sabrina, the Director and Front desk, has been outstanding—always fast, clear, and incredibly helpful. They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, which gave us so much peace of mind. And the teachers are absolutely wonderful! They are truly loving and caring, and worked a lot with us to make our child's transition into daycare as easy as possible. They create a warm and nurturing environment for the children. It’s clear that they genuinely care about each child’s well-being and development. My child has thrived here, and I’m so grateful for the supportive, safe, and positive atmosphere they provided. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a place where their child will feel valued and loved!

The center is poorly managed; the owner sparsely shows up and is not qualified to be in a room by herself. The center has a high employee turn over rate for very obvious reasons; The first being parents feel entitled to have someone removed when they do not like their children’s teacher setting boundaries in the classroom. Management has poor professionalism when it comes to communicating with employees and treating them like human beings. Management will take what a parent says for law and never speak to you directly. Just surprise you with conversations about your “performance”. Then demote you without proper time to rectify these so called “performance issues and parent feedback”. But, also you’re supposed to already know what the issues are. If you’re looking to take your children to daycare, I’d recommend anywhere but here. Especially if you care about your child having the same teacher every day.

The staff are friendly and care is great. I was on a wait-list for over a year and advised I needed to use CCcap. They were unable to fulfill this need with numerous conversations ahead of time. Make sure they are willing to work with your financial situation before paying for the wait-list etc. Otherwise they are a great !

Our son has been at Little Sprouts for the last 3 years. During this time, our son and family have felt welcomed and well taken care of. Communication has been strong, and we always know our son is cared for. The teachers have been positive and communicative. We would recommend Little Sprouts to anyone looking for childcare for their family.

We are very happy with Little Sprouts and would recommend it to anyone. Our daughter is 2 and really thrives here. There are many reasons that we picked Little Sprouts over other daycare facilities including the organic meals that are lovingly prepared, the cleanliness of the facility and the security procedures. We are always treated cheerily by the directors Patty and Sarah and the owner Lisa is very passionate about her daycare and truly cares about what she is doing and making a difference in young children's lives. The teachers are wonderful and our daughter loves them all. Great job Little Sprouts!!
