Little Star Bilingual Family Daycare

Sending our infant daughter to daycare was a big emotional challenge for my husband and me. As first-time parents, it was hard to know which place would be the best fit for our daughter until we found Little Star Bilingual Family Daycare. During our tour, we saw a parent picking up their child. The way they smiled and interacted happily with Maggie gave us a strong sense of trust that this daycare would be a place where both parents and children feel happy and cared for, and we were right. Even though our daughter is still too young to speak, the joy on her face after coming home from the Little Star daycare says it all. Maggie and all the teachers are incredibly skilled, caring, and dedicated. We even heard that some of the older kids show kindness to our daughter too, which made us feel very warm inside. It showed us that Little Star daycare teaches children to be kind and caring. We’re really looking forward to seeing our daughter grow in such a loving and supportive space.

My son has been in this family daycare for about 8 months and he loves it. The foods are handmade by the teacher freshly. Maggie and one of the other teacher are so kind to babies. I enjoy the kids say bye-bye to my son when picking him up because the happy faces from those kids are so adorable. It shows that they had a wonderful day with their friends.

This daycare is a truly great place. My husband and I moved our daughter there after spending over a year at a larger daycare that seemed OK, but I felt like we were all getting sick all the time. The larger daycare had teachers were not super engaged and they had way too much turnover. We were getting a bit tired of seeing our kid with the "new" teachers every time since she was such an easy-going kid - like they were using our kid for training! After we transferred, it was clear that we had finally found the right place for our child. She came home all the time singing new songs she learned there, and was basically never sick after the transfer. It was like night and day. Maggie brought out the best in our kid, rather then just being grateful that she was not fussy. They also make and serve homemade food everyday, (no packing lunches!), and sent us pictures all the time. We are not Chinese, but it was amazing how much Chinese she picked up from the school. They did great teaching, singing, and speaking both Chinese and English to her. I really felt like Maggie and Ivy, her teachers for the entire duration of the stay, had the kids' best interests in heart. While my daughter has now graduated out of the school, I'm so grateful she was able to spend so much of her formative years there.

My daughter had a great time at Little Star. She made good friends, learnt life skills, and was able to count 1-10 and speak alphabets. She enjoyed everyday with her teachers and friends here. Teachers are caring, nice and easy to communicate. Highly recommend!

My son had a great great experience with Little Star Family Daycare. He was well taken care of by the teachers there. We've been graduated from the daycare for a while and the young man is still missing his friends and teachers there. He slept well, played happily and really had great food and snacks there It is such an warm, kind, tidy and exciting place for toddlers. I am sure any new fellows will be treated well there and left a wonderful memory
