Livonia Little Tots

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Extremely disappointed with how I was treated. I reached out multiple times, left several voicemails, and was told I'd get a call back—but no one ever followed up. I called again and again with no response. It became clear they were just ignoring me. What’s worse, I only got through after using a different phone number—which says a lot about how they choose who to respond to. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s downright DISRESPECTFUL! No one seemed to care, and I was given the runaround for no reason. If this is how they handle basic communication, I can’t imagine trusting them with anything more important, especially their children! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with even the most basic level of respect.

Finding this daycare was a god send. Our 2 year old daughter had previously another daycare in the area and we had concerns that she was not being cared for appropriately so we were a bit nervous about the transition, but so happy we made it. Now every day she is excited to see her teachers, her friends, and the teachers and admin are so communicative and helpful. Plus potty training has been a breeze since she switched now that her needs are being met! So thankful to have found this hidden gem!

We were so apprehensive about starting daycare - but after a wild amount of research and tours we found that Livonia Little Tots was a wonderful option! We have continued to be more and more pleased with their care and offerings. The infant care is top notch, I love knowing my baby is in good hands, safe, and quite honestly, spoiled with their love!

I've sent my kids to Little Tots for about a year and a half and love it. Their teachers and assistants are great, and we also really like the directors and office staff. Their day includes plenty of free play/choice time, outdoor time, etc. and is very reasonably priced for such a high quality place!

Amazing staff and great communication, very reasonable/competitive pricing. We went to another daycare for a year and Livonia Little Tots was so much better in every way, my daughter absolutely thrived here.
