Mamá Luz Family Daycare

My husband and I came to Mama Luz Family Daycare when our daughter was 7 months old. At first (after being at home full time with a little one) it was difficult to separate. But Luz and her team were understanding, and we worked together until everyone was comfortable with the new routine. Our daughter loved to play with other children in their safe and nurturing care environment. They also made learning fun for her. Another reviewer said their child was treated as an extension of Mama Luz's family, and in our case, we certainly found that to be true. We are incredibly grateful to have found this wonderful team.

My daughter has been attending this daycare for over a year, and I couldn’t be more grateful for Mama Luz and her family. They are incredibly loving, attentive, and patient—not just with the kids, but with the parents too. They serve healthy, organic meals and make every effort to celebrate each child’s birthday and all the holidays in such a special way. It truly feels like an extension of our family. Mama Luz goes above and beyond, and her care and heart are a blessing in our lives.

As first time parents, searching for a daycare for our son was a stressful process and we are so lucky we found Luz and her team after touring several different daycares around. After we visited Mama Luz, both my spouse and I knew this was the place. Our son has been going for a year now and loves it, which is honestly the most important thing. Starting daycare can be so stressful, it’s a big change. In the beginning, it was hard but I know that Leidy was pulling 110% making sure our son was comfortable and adjusting well. Thanks to all her effort he adjusted very well very quickly. There are many great things at Mama Luz, but some things that really stand out are - big birthday parties for all the kiddos (I look forward to seeing everyone’s special decorations!) and many holiday celebrations throughout the year; onsite laundry; meals and snacks provided. When we drop our son off, it’s literally just him, no bag of food, milk, etc. We feel truly lucky being able to send him to daycare knowing he is well taken care of and loved.

We could not have been more happy with our experience at Mama Luz's Daycare. From Day 1, our son was loved, cared for, and nurtured. It is extremely evident how much the team cares for the children and that safety is a high priority. I always felt at ease dropping my son off each morning. In addition, my son learned so many new things such as words, numbers, and songs. He was always having fun with the teachers and other children, and it was so sweet to watch him grow and build relationships at daycare. Our son absolutely loved Luz and Leidy; they are truly the best. Unfortunately we had to switch daycares due to moving out of the area, but our family would recommend Mama Luz's Daycare to anyone; your family will not regret it!

By far the best daycare my husband and I found for our daughter. They are truly the best, take very good care of our daughter and they are very nice! My daughter loves coming to daycare here everyday too, has learned so much being there and has made many friends ❤️ would most definitely recommend this daycare to anyone looking for their children.
