My 2 kids attend the hybrid homeschool program. It has been a true blessing for us. My kids love their teachers and classmates. Maximum met my kids where they were and helped them reach goals they had been struggling with. The staff are kind and you can see the passion they have for what they do.

This is such an amazing place! They give an optimal environment for the children and their staff. They are careful about their care for the children. They have so much respect for the families of the students who attend and make sure to provide many opportunities for the families to get involved with the school and the staff. The staff there are super in what they do! The teachers and management are phenomenal in caring and educating their students to the fullness to what they can provide. They take the careful steps to find and establish a solution to any problem they may have to keep providing the best environment for the students there. They communicate to the best of ability to keep a relationship between both family and staff. I really do love what they do and what they provide for the children and families that attend.

Six years ago, I was put in the position of having to take in my 4 grandchildren to live with us. Maximum Child generously made room for the 3 youngest and opened a space for an after schooler. My children were well taken care of and enjoyed themselves. The 3 youngest have all went through the First Steps program there. My grandson struggled with some behavioral issues. Tia and others worked with me while I was seeking professional help for him. They are all school age now, but attend a Maximum satellite after school program and attend a Maximum facility during school breaks and the summer. We are well pleased with how our children are taken care of. Our grandson gave Ms April many problems in 4K, but every time he sees her, he has to give her a hug. We appreciate knowing that our kids are loved even in their most difficult moments. They were taught a lot of things, and still learn new things in the afterschool program. We have been well pleased with the center. There are some amazing and compassionate people working with the children. The teachers are genuinely invested in the children. While it may not be fancy, love abounds there.

Tia asked to speak with me about my child a week ago. She claimed my daughter didn’t need to be there anymore and that their was nothing else they could do for my child as if my child was the worst child there. On top of that I explained to her to give me some time to find a school for my child to attend and that I would get back with her dealing with my child’s transition. Last week I asked an employee whom works at the daycare to let Tia know that I was dropping my daughter’s paperwork off that day and that the new school would call and let me know when my daughter could start. Well, get there this morning to drop my child off at Maximum Childcare and Tia has told another employee to tell me the she’s put my child out of the daycare and she can’t come back now if that isn’t BAD BUSINESS then I don’t know what it is. Maybe that’s why she had a C rating. She should have told me ahead of time that my daughter couldn’t attend the daycare any longer. If I would have known the daycare had a C rating my child wouldn’t have never attended. Bad business period. It doesn’t matter about her awards or what she has received as being a director she said there was nothing else she could do for my child like what the world you mean there was nothing else you could do? My child wasn’t the worst child there. As I explained BAD BUSINESS. You won’t ever have to worry about my child attending Maximum Childcare. As a director, you knew it was your fault but then tried to cover up your lies. Then acted as if you loved my child. Hopefully if she does it to another child the parent will come forth and be their child’s voice just like me.

I highly recommend Maximum Childcare. It is a wonderful “kid first” daycare. MC is professional, but mostly importantly they truly care about the kids there as well as their families. Safety and building relationships is a top priority If you are looking for a daycare who firmly believes in those important traits as well as provide a high quality education that prepares your child for further education as well as life in general, Maximum Child is the perfect daycare.
