Metairie Daycare & Learning Center

We have had a great experience here. We sent out son as a 7 month old and now he is in pre k 4. His teachers and the staff have always been warm and welcoming. We also know he is in a safe environment. I couldn't imagine him starting off his early years anywhere else! He is set up well for elementary school. He takes home the cutest and sweetest little art projects and is so proud to share them. Highly recommend!

Our daughter did very well here. She was cared for and loved. Nikki up front is INCREDIBLE! She is professional and always on top of everything. My wife and I moved to a different state, and during the transition our daughter was having a very hard time. At drop off, the teachers would hold her until she was ready to play. The staff was accommodating and sincere. I could not have more nice things to say. When we finally moved and enrolled our daughter in a new Daycare, the teachers there were impressed at her development. I attribute 90% of that development to Metairie Daycare & Learning Center

I am in complete awe of MDCL. After dealing with a daycare who always treated us and our child as a pay check (a pretty hefty one, at that) we were hesitant to put our 16mo old in any day care. Metairie daycare and learning center has wowed us over and over again. Not only are the the most reasonably priced daycare, their entire staff (from what I have seen) goes above and beyond. No matter what time of day I have visited, the day care was always immaculately clean and the teachers are actually interacting and playing with the children. Not just watching them. The administrator Nikki is awesome and always calls us by our name and makes you feel welcome as soon as you step foot inside. I received updates about my daughter all day so I didn’t have to worry and my daughter smiled the entire way home she was so happy. Their communication is unmatched. So glad we found this day care!

Wonderful facility and staff! My Daughter has been going to this daycare for about 2 years now and she loves it. She's excited most mornings when getting ready for school, and always has something positive to say when she gets out of school. Thank you to all of the teachers and staff for providing an excellent childcare facility!

I wanted to post my review of my experience 1 year later to let my emotions settle. Late Feb, started daycare. 2 months later, was told my infant was constantly crying and was behind on milestones. 10 days later, my infant got kicked out of daycare because of crying all the time. When I asked the older hispanic lady how can I work with my baby at home, I was told stop carrying the baby and help with sitting unassisted more. Daycare called once about the issue, then called a second time to say baby was getting disenrolled after 2 weeks. The morning crew was amazing. The afternoon crew was probably the reason my baby was constantly crying. I was blessed to find an amazing daycare afterwards. This was just my experience.
