We feel so lucky to have found Mia's sprouts for our baby. From the very beginning, the environment has felt incredibly safe, nurturing, and welcoming—not just for our little one, but for us as parents, too. One of the absolute standouts is Natalia. She is truly amazing—caring, attentive, and deeply engaged with the children. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in how she interacts with each child. Knowing that our baby is in her care brings us so much peace of mind. We get regular updates with photos, notes about feedings, naps, and diaper changes, and little insights into what our baby is doing. It gives us so much peace of mind to see how our baby is doing in real time, and it really helps us feel connected even when we’re apart during the day. It’s clear they take the time to communicate thoughtfully, and that means a lot! Highly recommend to any family looking for a place where their child will be safe, supported, and surrounded by kindness!

The Bend facility has a great outside area and comfortable indoor area. We loved the exposure to spanish and implementation of ASL. We were apart of the littles class and our kids grew comfortable with the teachers quickly, despite only going a couple days a week. Miss Natalia was always available to answer questions. She continues to reach out for holidays and occasionally to say hi and check in.

I have nothing against the owner and manager even after the disagreement we had. After hearing non-stop negative stories of how they treat the children and the staff, I got to the point it was hard not to believe. I felt my daughter was at risk of her safety, so I stopped taking her here. They told me I had to give them a 30-day notice, and I'm required to pay that full month she won't be going. It doesn't make sense why I should be obligated to pay a place where it was unsafe emotionally and physically. I was hoping they would understand me as a mom and a person with ERCD benefits. Clearly, they don't care and might take me to collections from what they said. Very upsetting.

We are thrilled to be a part of the Mia’s Sprouts “family”. My toddler daughter has attended this school for 1.5 years now, and my elementary-age son also got to join them for summer care. Prior to starting Mia’s Sprouts, we were at a licensed center that had constant closures and a major lack of communication. We were nervous we’d experience that again but that hasn’t at all been the case. Their hours, curriculum, teachers have all been reliable and absolutely amazing! My daughter comes home with new knowledge every day and fun stories to share. We are so thankful for Ms Natalia, Ms Syndra, and all the teachers at Mia’s Sprouts!

Disappointed with Our Experience** I want to share my experience at Mias sprouts as a warning to other parents considering this facility. While I appreciated some aspects, such as specific staff Max, Sarah, Alana, Racheal and Jess, I encountered several significant issues that cannot be overlooked: 1. **Staffing Concerns**: I noticed that there seemed to be a high turnover rate among the staff. This inconsistency made it difficult for my child to develop trusting relationships, which is crucial at this age. 2. **Communication Issues**: (Management) There was a lack of communication regarding my child's daily activities and progress. I often had to ask for updates, which left me feeling disconnected from my child's experience. 3. **Management Disrespect**: It was concerning to observe how management treated the staff. They appeared disrespectful, and I could sense that the staff felt intimidated. This atmosphere extended to interactions with parents as well; management seemed hesitant to engage in conversations, often standing nearby and listening, which created an uncomfortable environment for open dialogue. 4. **Curriculum and Activities**: The activities offered seemed repetitive and not engaging enough or No activities done at all (due to staff being overworked) for my child's age group. I expected a more stimulating environment that encourages learning and creativity. I hope the management can wake up from there Snobby, rude I am God mentality and create a better environment for the children and the staff Im sure there will be a overly nice fake response to this review claiming we are sorry you experienced this blah blah blah... all fake! Take your kids elsewhere please!
