Milestones Early Childhood Learning Reno

We've had a wonderful experience at Milestones Early Childhood Learning. All of the staff we've had the pleasure of getting to know have been very sweet and clearly love children! My son loves coming here everyday and they do a great job of letting the kids play and teaching through play ( I've walked in on a few learning exercises because I come to pick up at different times. ) My son who is almost 3 gets to do art almost daily and comes home with new vocabulary, numbers and better speech. There are no screens here which i love!! I feel like I'm leaving him with a second family who is all on the same page for whats best for development. Everyone greets him by name and he enjoys coming to school everyday! Also, worth noting I suppose is we've had nothing but enjoyable interactions from everyone at the school, we are a conservative LGBT family. The school, toys and space is cleaned multiple times per day, the kids are treated like they are the staffs own children. I really feel comfortable leaving my son here all day and just love how much he enjoys being here, playing and socializing.

My daugther has been going here for about 4 months now and we both love it. The teacher are all so wonderful and care for each child as their own. The owners are very hands on, even showing up early to ensure the snow/ice was manages properly! As you know its very hard to send your child to be care for by someone else for 8+ hours a day and they teachers/staff here have make it so much easier on my heart! The location is in a new building. clean and sanatize. I will be keeping my girl here until she moves onto kindergarten.

All three of my children have been through Milestones and I highly recommend it to anyone with a new baby or looking for a transition from your current daycare. Heather and Cody do an exceptional job making sure things run smoothly (even through snow days where most other schools close!). The teachers and staff care about your kids well being and happiness there. They’ve treated all three of my kiddos like their own. The curriculum itself is well balanced between teaching kids skills that will help them excel in elementary school while allowing them to play and develop social skills.

Milestones has gone above and beyond what I could have imagined for daycare and early education. I'm thankful for the principles Milestones have established which makes the classroom and playtime environments super positive and joyful. The day-to-day is left up to the teachers in the classes while the owners and staff take on the operations. They kept things running so smooth during the chaos of COVID and with a faulty waterline that damaged a handful of classes. The owners never skip a beat on making Milestones the best it can be. We're incredibly grateful to the owners, staff and all the amazing teachers. Thank you!
