I can't believe the reviews on here, they've gotta be fake mostly. Or maybe they're for older kids but my newborn went here a few years ago and lord, talk about being stressed every day. The crazy part is they let you access the cameras but the "teachers" and even director don't care that parents are watching them as they sit on their phones all day, and even literally SLEEP on the job. Yes, they would seriously bring a blanket and cover up on the floor and sleep, while supposed to be watching the babies. I absolutely hated every second of my child being here and so glad we've moved on to bigger and better things. I will say the older kids seemed to be having fun when we'd pull up, they were all running around screaming, but the teachers would often be on their phones the whole time. As for younger babies, id be very cautious if you're considering taking your child there.
Also the two "teachers" that were supposed to be watching my baby were a couple, which I didn't like because I feel like they focused more on each other than the babies. No clue why on earth why the director and management would ever allow that in the first place, they were probably related or friends. The teachers also would barely say a word to you when you came to pick your baby up. As a new parent to a newborn, you want to hear updates on how the day went, but instead they'd just give you the baby and essentially send you on your way. It really was the worst experience for a new parent. I'd give negative stars if I could.

Cannot say enough good things about this Child Care Facility! Staff is attentive and nurturing but also no-nonsense and set clear expectations for children’s behavior. The facility is large enough so that children can run around and get their energy out, even while inside. They always have a schedule of engaging and fun activities for the children and when my 6yo comes home she is happy and worn out! Which I very much appreciate! Miss Penny has been extremely attentive to my questions and concerns despite always being surrounded by a swarm of children. I know I’m not the only parent who has specific questions and requests so I greatly appreciate Miss Penny taking the time to understand my daughter’s need while juggling so many other responsibilities. I seriously don’t know how she does it! I highly recommend this daycare to anyone!

When I was picking up my son from daycare today the owner approached me and asked how I feel about the care he is getting.. When i tell you i have no complaints i mean zero complaints. I am so happy that he was able to get in there. His teachers in my opinion go above and beyond. Hes always clean, fed, and happy. 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for daycare. I think childcare workers deserve all the praise and appreciation! This daycare has impressed me beyond measures.

We have been apart of Mini Miracles since our daughter was 6 weeks old (so a little over 2 and a half years). I researched EVERY daycare in Haughton/Bossier. While there are many very nice daycares, there are many horrible (10 months of research and testimonials from customers, friends, and family). We LOVE them! We have not encountered an issue that has not been resolved to the fullest. Our daughter loves her daycare and so do we. The teachers are kind and patient.
Penny, the director, gives it her all and loves these babies as if they were her own. Mr. Gladney, the owner, always makes these children first priority. If there is ever an issue, they're on it. I couldn't imagine taking my LO to another daycare.
Pros:
Amazing ownership
Caring teachers
Sanitary
Camera Access
Price very reasonable
Easy payment system
Cons:
None for us yet (2+ years and going)
2019 update: Still AMAZING! Our baby is now almost 5 years old and I feel she is fully prepared for kindergarten come August. She just started summer academy and she couldn't be more excited! Thank you Mini Miracles for being a part of our lives.

My newborn was kept in her car seat from drop off to 8 am, which could sometimes be up to an hour. The longest she was left in there was from 6:15 to 8. My 6 year old was not fed lunch during summer daycare or on holidays. The infant teachers were lazy and laid in the floor on their phone while my baby lay awake in her crib. Very minimal interaction. Babies were propped up in little reclining chairs to feed themselves. Director is very unprofessional, defensive, and yells during discussion. Directors daughter is too rough physically and is mean to the school age kids. The price is too high for the basic care the children recieve. Highly disappointed, and glad God answered our prayers to find another daycare.
