Ministry Village Early Learning Center

This place used to be fantastic. My wife and I have had one or more children there since 2020, and had I dropped this review prior to about a year ago, it would have been a 5-star review. There has been a lot of change there in the last year or so. They’ve changed directors, and in my opinion, it was not a change for the better. There has been a large amount of staff turnover there as well (which, I realize, is pretty normal for a daycare…but I feel like the turnover at MV has been excessive). We pulled our son from MV in November because their services had become unreliable. MV was enforcing illness policies arbitrarily and inconsistently, which resulted in my son being sent home from daycare multiple times in a span of about 3 weeks (only one of those times was he actually sick…the other two times were because he had a SINGLE loose BM which is extremely normal for an 18 month old). Despite him not actually being ill those two times, they still refused to let him return to the center, and when we offered to provide a doctor’s note saying that he was fine to attend, they still refused to let him return. When we raised our concerns, they were very dismissive and made it very clear that they didn’t care whether we stayed or left…so we left.

So thankful for the staff at MV - they all treat my son like family. Though we have only been here a year, every teacher knows (and greets him) in the hallway. We could not feel more accepted and loved than here! We look forward to many more years with MV!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Ministry Village Early Learning Center!! My Daughter Has Been Significantly Thriving Here,! Coming from her Being at Home Full time & Never had been in a facility before, to full time care i thought her transition would be a Bit Complicated, Lets Just Say Kids Know Genuity... & With the Help of the Staff Here they Made it a BREEZE for this Mommy.. from the Director Mrs. Paige to the Staff and her Teachers that Works with her on a Daily Basis, I LOVE THEM ALL ! for the way that they Care for my Daughter.... Mrs. Vennessa & Courtney are her FAV...(her Main Teachers) The Center Here Not Only Care for your Children but They Teaches them as Well, my Daughter Started a Little over 7 Months ago, at the Age of 2 NON VERBAL, she is Now Speaking, Knows All of Her Alphabets, Colors and Numbers 1-20, they had her Potty trained within 30 Days... Mommies if you are looking a for Loving, Fun, Caring, Day Care for your Littel One I HIGHLY Suggest Ministry Village Early Learning Center!! from my Family to Yours WE Thank you All AT ELC for caring for Our Daughter! Love this daycare and the staff as well! They have always been so caring and friendly. My 3 year old son absolutely loves going into "school" every day to play and learn with his friends. His previous daycare he used to be resistant when being dropped off, now he barely wants to say bye. From day one. When I went in for a tour, I knew this is where I wanted my children to go. The environment was very welcoming, clean, and decorated with all the children's artwork. I can't wait for my infant to start going when there is an opening!

My little boy has been here for three years now, and as a mom I could not have asked for a more perfect place! We toured a number of other schools and as soon as we walked in and met Kristi , we knew this was the place for us. My son has grown and evolved not only academically and socially but spiritually as well, what more can you ask for! So grateful for each of these ladies, and the great care they take of our babies !
