Our experience at KinderCare has been nothing short of exceptional. From the director to the teachers and teaching assistants, everyone is absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and deeply committed to the children. My daughter looks forward to going every day, and some of her favorite teaching assistants include Miss Kaelyn, Miss Jade, Miss Shey, Miss Gigi, Miss Seriana, and Miss Alex, who each bring their own kindness and energy to the classroom. That said, I want to give special recognition to my daughter’s teacher, Ms. Dee, who has truly become one of the most important figures in my daughter’s early development. Ms. Dee is everything a parent could hope for in a preschool teacher—loving, kind, deeply personal, and incredibly attentive. She creates a classroom filled with affection and joy, where children feel safe, seen, and genuinely cared for. My daughter often tells us how much she loves Ms. Dee, and as a parent, there’s nothing more reassuring than knowing your child feels that secure and cherished. Ms. Dee also brings such creativity and passion to her teaching. She owns a small farm and thoughtfully incorporates elements of that into her curriculum, making every lesson dynamic and hands-on. From learning about animals to planting seeds and exploring nature, my daughter has developed a love for the world around her—while also mastering her shapes, colors, letters, and more, all thanks to Ms. Dee’s guidance. She consistently goes above and beyond, not only in how she teaches but in how she connects with each child personally. The special attention and affection she gives to my daughter have made a lasting impact on her confidence, curiosity, and happiness. We are endlessly grateful to Ms. Dee and the entire KinderCare team for creating such a loving and enriching environment for our daughter.

As a single, working parent choosing the right child care facility is a task like no other. From the moment I started my daughter at the Monroe center, I knew I had chosen correctly. You are greeted daily by staff that knows your child and wants to be there. They take pride in the cleanliness and welcoming environment that is presented to parents. They take care of your child as if they are their own. The open and honest communication as well as daily feedback from staff kept my mind at ease while I worked. I couldn’t imagine a better place for my daughter and I would recommend it over and over.

Our family has been with KinderCare in Monroe for the past 6 years, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the care our children have received. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They truly create a nurturing environment where the kids are not only safe but also encouraged to grow, learn, and explore. Over the years, I’ve seen the positive impact they’ve had on my children’s development, whether it's their social skills, creativity, or emotional growth. The communication between parents and staff is excellent, and I always feel like I’m informed and involved in my child's experience. The facility is clean, well-organized, and full of engaging activities that keep the kids happy and busy. We are so grateful for the team at KinderCare and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and enriching daycare environment.

We love this center! Our daughter blossomed into a wonderful little girl with the help of her amazing teachers Mrs. Stephanie and Ms. Joelyce. It was very important to us to find a daycare that we felt comfortable leaving our daughter all day and this was it. We are sad we had to move as we embark on our next journey but we will truly miss this center!!

I am so grateful to have my 2 boys attend Kindercare for the past 4 years! It took sometime initially to find the right fit for my oldest son and once we found Kindercare it has become a home away from home to both of my children. The peace of mind it gives to know your children are in safe reliable care while working is priceless. The individualized care, attention to detail, understanding, education, kindness and patience surpassed my expectations. Ms Amy and Ms Alissa care not just about the children but also about the teachers and the parents and this is what helps make this place truly supportive and successful. The infants teacher Ms Stephanie has been there for 17 years and has been an incredible resource for our baby! The teacher Ms Keila is incredibly understanding in how to prepare children for Kindergarten and understands thier personal growth areas and how to help support and build these skills. The teacher assistants Ms Keila and Ms Joelys are so kind and helpful. I truly can’t express my appreciation enough! Thank you Kindercare for the attention to detail and care you provide to us all!
