Montclair has been my work home for the last 7 years and all I can say is that I have never been in an environment like this one. When it comes to being an employee, I feel like my achievements are celebrated, I am encouraged, motivated, and part of a team. Each year, administration always tries to add a new benefit to help aid their employees. Everyone is treated with kindness and respect. The current staff is very encouraging and always rooting for one another. I can surely say that each person on this team cares for each child under their care, and not only that, but they care whole-heartedly. Some of the most talented, enthusiastic, and loving childcare professionals work in this building. The primary goal of the workplace is that each child in the center gets what he or she needs in order to succeed, feel safe, and grow into the person they are meant to become. I am forever grateful to be a part of MELC.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Montclair Early Learning Center. The staff is professional, caring, and creative. My twin toddlers love going to school here! They actually get excited in the mornings to see their teachers and friends. I am so impressed with the skills they learn each day. The staff has wonderful communication and the app they use to inform parents is wonderful! I feel that my children are safe and happy in the care of Montclair Early Learning Center and always recommend it to friends!

We love MELC! We landed at MELC after the daycare we had planned for our son closed. Even through COVID, they maintained a sense of normalcy while also taking appropriate cautions to keep everyone safe. The teachers are wonderful, and the management is great! They have fantastic communication with parents. I would recommend to anyone!

We have used MELC for almost 6 years - even after we moved across town from them. I can’t imagine sending my children anywhere else. It is a loving and safe environment where my children have thrived.

MELC is such a great environment for children of all ages! The staff is so nurturing & welcoming! Not only do the children have fun all day, they learn so much as well. I highly recommend MELC.
