Monterey Family Daycare

My 3 yr old son absolutely loves his daycare, Ms.Sheela and his teacher. Everyday they do art & craft and play outside. Their outdoor play area set up is absolutely amazing, looks clean and well maintained. On his birthday Ms.Sheela and the teacher set up a lot of things for him to celebrate with his friends which totally impressed me. My son had such a great party and loads of fun on his birthday, I couldn't thank you enough. My favorite part is her home cook meal that she provides. I love that she cares about serving healthy food for the kids.

Exceptional professionalism. Sheela answers her phone, answers questions, confirmed reservation, and even texted pictures. Wonderful, warm lady. The best endorsement was my daughter asking to go back and how much loved playing and Sheela's yummy snacks. Sheela was also wonderful with my toddler who never cried even when she held her (she can be clingy to mommy). She cared for my 6 year old and toddler for 4 hours so I could sea kayak. Very reasonable rate for 2 kids on a weekend. So impressed - I only wish she lived where I do and I would hire her all the time!

Our son has been attending Sheela's Day Care for two years so far and he loves it! It is not easy to find a good, clean and safe place for your kids but we have definitely found it. We are very satisfied with Sheela and her staff. They are caring and warm. Our son has learned a lot especially to share with others and work collaboratively. He also loves the food provided. The facility is really great with a wonderful playground at the backyard where kids play and have fun. Sheela also shares pictures with parents so you can see how children interact and play together. We do feel our son is always in good hands at Monterey Day Care!!!

We absolutely love Sheela and her team. My son started going here when he was 12 months and we were very nervous as he had never been in daycare before. He is now 16 months and we couldn't be happier. When we drop him off he is genuinely happy to be there and sometimes doesn't want to leave when we pick him up! Sheela's backyard is like a little Disneyland with a bunch of things for the the kids to play with. He comes home with little craft projects that he's done and I can tel he is learning a lot while he's there because he comes home learning new words all the time. My husband and I also really appreciate the flexibility of hours. I work night shift and so my hours are all over the place and this is never a problem for Sheela. She even opens early for us on the mornings we have overlap. This is a true definition of family daycare. We couldn't be happier.

My son is 3 and has been going to Monterey Family Daycare for over a year. I have been extremely happy with Ms. Sheela and her staff. Ms. Sheela has become part of our family and I am forever grateful for her great care. Ms. Sheela prepares 2 healthy meals and snacks for the children throughout the day. She has helped us through transitioning to big boy undies, I'm now proud to say my son is fully potty trained. After 3 failed Daycare Centers before finding Monterey Family Daycare I had almost lost hope and questioned returning back to work. It is because of Ms. Sheela I go to work and I feel good about it, I know my son is safe and is well cared for. Her Daycare is clean and safe inside and outside and I look forward to hearing about all of the adventures my son has had and what he has learned during "Teacher Time". I can not say enough about this wonderful Daycare. We highly recommend Monterey Family Daycare and just adore Ms. Sheela and Ms. BB!!
