Mountain View Childcare has been an amazing experience for our family. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always making sure that each child feels welcomed and valued. The facility is clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that keep the kids happy and learning. Our child has made great friends and looks forward to going there every day. We couldn't be more pleased with the level of care and education provided. Highly recommend Mountain View Childcare to any parent looking for a nurturing environment for their little ones!

I’ve written a review before, and I’m writing one again because our kiddos are moving to a new one. We’re sad to leave this place because they love our kids so much here. Everyone we’ve encountered and met is nothing short of amazing.
Everyone here is great with the kids, and I’m more than happy with the job they’ve done.
Ms. Hawa and Ms. Elsa were our kid’s favorites and we’re sad to leave them behind. (Ps. Give them a raise they deserve it) Thank you all for being so amazing, professional, but overall loving and caring. Definitely recommending this place to anyone looking for child care.

My boys (3 and 1) just started there this week. Staff is responsive and kind. Really liking the atmosphere. I was a prek teacher for 10 years in other places and just love them. After the first 3 days my older son can't wait to go and play with his friends and helps encourage his brother to play as well.
Update 6/21/2024
Multiple issues with staff and owner. Not queer friendly, teachers lack basic training to keep students safe, lack of communication to parents. They flat out lied about a BAD head injury my son got. I asked a teacher if he could wear a dress to school for fashion day, got told yes, then my husband got told that "a teacher is really offended he's in a dress" among other comments. He, a 4 year old, was so discouraged he cried and didn't want to participate, not only that I dripped him off at 7am and was never told all day until pick up around 3pm that it was an "issue". I, myself, am PROUDLY queer and grew up in such a supportive church community and had hoped Jesus's message of love and acceptance was here, it isn't. Stay away from this place.
***update***
Director Erica dismissed my sons on 6/21/24 but sent us a message on Sunday June 23rd 822pm. Very unprofessional and mean.

This review is going to be a professional based on facts and not emotions. I would not recommend enrolling your child into this day care facility. They are ill-equipped and are “not fully trained”but are still allowed to watch your child. And thats coming from the owner themselves about not “being fully trained”. They are trying to get them all equally trained so they can all be on the same page but are not quite there yet. The lack of communication between staff and parents is frustrating and don't add all reports into their systems. What I have noticed is some times they are not using there 10 youth to one adult ratio and are not at all times following that expectation but for the most part they try. They can be short staffed sometimes and have other staff members handling different responsibilities which can hinder there ability to watch all the kids effectively. They tried there best to handle age appropriate difficulties but it didn't work out. We were trying to get the necessary resources and assistance needed to take care of the age appropriate behavior but at that point it was too late. Miscommunication happened between the owner which informed me my child would be suspended if another incident occurred but instead ended up getting expelled which was a surprise to myself and my wife because we were under the impression that he would be suspended. I haven't received a follow up from the owner which gave the task to inform us our child was expelled to the manger of the care facility.
Please make sure to look at CCAP ratings before making the decision to enroll your child. Their Google rating is not accurate. I would say check their BBB rating but they are not accredited. Hopefully this was informative and helps you making a decision on finding child care for your little one happy hunting.

10/10 experience. I loved this daycare for my daughter. The director, the staff, the teachers were super noble and loving to my daughter. I have 0 complaints. I loved how I got pictures of my kid, updates on her naps, etc. They also accepted CCAP.
