When I say my daughter loves this place the 3 year olds class is so exciting to her. Her vocabulary has sky rocketed! She brags on her teachers she tells me she has so much fun at her school. Her room is decorated in art work she brings home from school. So far the names I can make out she talks about of course Ms. Alma, Ms.Phyllis & (Ms. Cathy) has the cool dance moves!

I cannot express enough how incredible this daycare is. Miss Tasha and Miss Valerie have been nurturing and caring for my kids since they were infants, demonstrating exceptional dedication and love. Their patience and understanding are remarkable. Recently, a new teacher, Miss Linda, joined the team, and she's been a blessing, especially with my son, who sometimes needs extra attention. Her kindness and support have been invaluable. The owner, Miss Carolyn, radiates strength and care. Her commitment to the children and families is evident, and her leadership sets an excellent example. Miss D is another gem, always kind and helpful. Sadly, due to personal pursuits, I've chosen to become a stay-at-home mom while pursuing an online bachelor's degree. In a couple of years, we plan to relocate to Florida. It's heartbreaking to leave such a phenomenal place where I've felt complete trust in their care for my children. I wholeheartedly endorse this daycare to everyone. The genuine love, care, and trust I've experienced here make it the only place I'd ever entrust my kids to. Thank you for everything.

Ms. Carolyn's changed administration, and with that, she removed all the people who had been there for years. The service changed, and my children came in red and with rash pampers all the time. Imagine having a baby who couldn't sleep at night because her parts were burned for more than 1 month, but they didn't fix the situation. So I had to leave, I must say that I traveled 40 minutes every day because I trusted them, but that new administration changed everything.

*update* After posting the below review I noticed a significant change. The director stopped saying good morning etc. the following week, the director asks to speak with me. Tells me they are EXPELLING my son that day because he refuses to nap and is disruptive during nap time. She tried to say it wasn’t her decision, it was corporate. So I said this doesn’t make sense. Until the last 4 months or so he hasn’t had this big of an issue and it’s not everyday. It seems like someone comes in the room to relieve the teacher and my son doesn’t feel comfortable with that person. By the way they had called me 3x since they took over in April to come pick him up during nap because he wouldn’t lay down. I was able to once but the other 2x I asked what methods did they try to soothe him because I can’t just leave work because he is having a bad day and doesn’t want to nap. But I never really got anywhere with my attempts to find a solution that would help my son. Back to expelling him, I said this is not ok, you can’t expel on the spot with no notice that’s against your policy. The director found a handbook and read it and it said 2 week notice unless your child is violent. So then she tried to say he has been violent by taking toys on the playground and he swatted at a teacher. I asked where are any of the write ups because there have been NONE. I’ve never NOT ONCE been told he hit a kid or was violent. She asked me “he’s never been written up?” I said NO but I have incident reports where a kid hit him in the forehead with a toy leaving a goose egg. Was that kid expelled? 2 year olds take toys, your teachers should be skilled enough to de-escalate and teach sharing. I requested to talk with corporate and said I’ll bring my son back until then. I brought my son back the next day and when I picked him up they wrote him up TWICE. One for taking a bite of food and spitting it out on HIS PLATE!!! I said what policy does that violate?? Now yall are targeting my son A CHILD; all because I wrote a Google review ... long story short I did not feel comfortable anymore. And thank goodness I found a much much better daycare. One that actually has a curriculum and doesn’t just let the kids run around all day long getting overstimulated and tired while being “watched”. *original review had to be shortened to post the update* Ms. Tiffany is amazing!!! She teaches 4 year olds and is stern but good and actually teaches! The younger toddler room doesn’t have a bathroom at all so if you plan on potty training your toddler you won’t get much help until they move up to the next classroom. Carolyn didn’t really seem to care about this. I asked her to move my child because I was potty training successfully at home and needed it to continue at daycare. She told me to just wait until he gets older and moves. This isn’t ok with me, he is ready and I’m not going to be lazy or delay that. Her grandson goes to the daycare and would act out a lot! The teacher had a very difficult time managing him. I witnessed a lot of times where the teacher was knocked over, he pushed other kids, throwing toys, etc. numerous mornings I witnessed the teacher just calling the front office to have Carolyn come in the room. The new director seems to be doing better with hiring, as the quality of newer teachers seems to be improving. The new director and assistant director seem less experienced overall but the director is much more friendly and approachable than Carolyn was. I’ve received more phone calls since they’ve taken over than I have in the years prior put together. Things that I feel like teachers and directors should be able to work through before calling parents to come pick up their child. Maybe that will improve with time. I currently feel conflicted. Part of me wants to find a new daycare but part of me is thinking of the old saying “trust the devil you know” I’m not in fear or worry with my child being there and in fact I think there are a lot of really good things about it but there are some things that don’t sit well…

My son has been attending ms Carolyn child care for 2 years now and I have been nothing but pleased! He loves his time there, they provide bus transit from and to school and he attends their before and after care program! Ms Carolyn is very nice and accommodating and recognizes the needs of each child in her center. Her staff is phenomenal! I highly recommend this child care center to anyone looking ( whenever there’s a slot open).
