Munger Square Child Care

We absolutely loved our experience at Munger. Our daughter was so loved by her teachers, and she was so comfortable and confident attending school there each day. She attended from 4 months old to almost 3 years old. It was a wonderful place for her to learn, grow, make friends. We moved away from Dallas and unfortunately had to find a new school, but cannot say enough great things about the teachers and staff at Munger and the care they provide!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Munger Square Child Care. From the very first day my older son started, we felt completely at ease with the incredible staff, who go above and beyond to create a loving and nurturing environment for both children and families. Their dedication and warmth make every day special, and it's clear they truly care about the well-being and growth of each child. The sense of community here is something truly special. The daycare is a gem—not just because of the amazing team, but also because of the wonderful families who make it feel like an extension of home. It’s rare to find a place that balances professionalism with genuine affection so seamlessly. We are incredibly grateful to have found such a nurturing and enriching space for our children. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a daycare/pre-k where children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to learn and thrive.

My daughter started attending this daycare when she was just eight months old, and the staff has been nothing short of amazing ever since. I truly appreciate how they’ve treated her like one of their own. The care and education she has received from eight months to two years old have been incredibly impressive. If you’re considering enrolling your child here, I highly recommend it 10 out of 10 for exceptional childcare services.

This was my sons first daycare and we love it! They are very well with communication and they send updates all throughout the day. You can tell the teachers truley care for the kids! Definitely reccomend if you are looking for somewhere

I am writing this review to share my deeply frustrating experience with Munger Square Child Care. Back in April 2022, I visited the daycare to enroll my son. I was assured that he was added to their waiting list, and I promptly paid the required deposit. However, the first red flag appeared when I called in August to check on the status of his enrollment. To my dismay, I was informed that he had never been placed on the waiting list. Despite this significant oversight, they promised to give him first priority. Unfortunately, September came and went without any update or admission for my son. The situation worsened when I requested a refund of my deposit. Since then, it's been a continuous cycle of empty promises and delays. It's now 2024, and I am yet to receive my deposit back. This situation has not only caused inconvenience but also a significant amount of stress and frustration. I find the lack of accountability and professionalism at Munger Child Care extremely concerning. Their inability to manage something as fundamental as a waiting list and their failure to keep their word or process a simple refund is unacceptable. This experience has led me to question their trustworthiness and competence in handling the more critical aspects of childcare. To potential clients considering Munger, I strongly advise caution based on my experience. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for commitments that I have encountered is not what any parent should expect when entrusting the care of their child to a professional establishment.
