The teachers are attentive and truly care about each child’s individual needs. They keep parents updated with daily reports, photos, and open communication, which I really appreciate. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming. Whether it’s circle time, creative art projects, outdoor play, or learning letters and numbers, my child is constantly engaged and excited about going to school each day. If you’re looking for a reliable, loving, and high-quality daycare and preschool in the area, My Little Sweetheart III is it. I couldn’t be happier, and I highly recommend them to any parent!

I've had my children attend "My Little Sweetheart" for the past three years, and I can confidently say that it has been an exceptional place for their care and development. From day one, the staff has demonstrated a deep commitment to the children's well-being, education, and happiness. The environment at the center is warm, welcoming, and safe, promoting creativity and socialization in a space filled with love and personalized attention. The quality of care is outstanding, always attentive to each child's individual needs and fostering their autonomy and confidence. Furthermore, the educational and recreational activities are designed to stimulate learning and holistic development, adapting to the children's ages and interests. Communication with parents is fluid and transparent, providing great peace of mind and confidence. In short, "My Little Sweetheart" has been a second home to my children, and I deeply appreciate the team's commitment and dedication. I would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a reliable, loving, and high-quality childcare center.

On the surface this looks like a good center. But it is anything but that. The director (Alexa) claims to be a doctor in another country and gives medical advice on toddlers, when she shouldn’t legally. Telling me that my son was possibly anemic because he tried to eat sand from the sandbox and he’s one. My son was just pulled out of this center because of so much miscommunication and not being treated fairly. If you are Hispanic this center may be for you but if you are black American or any other black or brown race and have your own set of rules for your child this center may not be for you. They don’t care if the parent is comfortable here. They want to be in control and not work as a team. Also weekly rate is $480 DSS pays $444 and they still tried to charge my nephews mother $70 a week then dropped the price down to $45. They are dismissive and defensive towards parents who speak up. They will paint you out to be the aggressor if you disagree with them and don’t care if you leave or not. Also they claim to speak English but the owner’s (Wanda) daughter translates and they use a computer to translate. Which is fine but difficult when you need to communicate about a child. The director doesn’t even speak English. So good luck here. They are clean so I thought and do a lot activities with the children but extremely unprofessional. If you have any disagreement with the director the manager will only back her staff and not the parent even if there is proof. Beware. Also check yelp for reviews at all 3 location still. The location I am doing this review on is central islip. Also my son had mold in his cup after his cup was sent home and was sent another child’s cup.

Love love love my little sweetheart! I highly recommend! I was hesitant at first because of the plaza it’s in but I promise they’re very secure and wouldn’t let a thing happen to the kids !!! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my baby girl. Ms. Varleni and the others are the best, they provide so much care and love to my baby. They will definitely teach your child a lot! My daughter has improved so much since being in my little sweetheart

Trusting your kids with strangers is the hardest thing I had to do. But this place makes you feel like home. The staff, the teacher everyone in this daycare truly care about the kids. The kids love coming here and they learn so much. They are so excited to tell you what they have learned.
