My School Child Care Center

This school is such a gem — more compassionate and community-oriented than you’d expect from a small church-based school. I’ve met adults who went here as kids, and they still remember the same incredible staff who are here today. I didn’t send my oldest here at first — we’ve tried several preschools in the area — but I truly wish we had started here from the beginning. We’re not religious, but we chose this school for its outdoor space and proximity to UF. Now that we’re here, we’ve stayed because our kids are not only learning — they’re loved, supported, and thriving. If you’re looking for a school that feels like a community and puts kids first, I can’t recommend it enough.

We absolutely love My School Child Care Center! All three of our kids have gone there, and each one has truly thrived. The teachers are amazing — so kind, attentive, and genuinely loving. It feels like family every time we walk through the doors. Our kids have always looked forward to going, which says everything! We’ve enjoyed every class they’ve been in, and the fun family events they host throughout the year make it such a special community to be part of. It gives us so much peace knowing our kids are not only safe, but truly loved and cared for. We’re so grateful for this place!

Our family absolutely loves My School! I have a BA in Developmental Psychology and a M.Ed in Early Childhood Special Ed, and have a lot of professional experience as an early childhood teacher and as an early childhood researcher. I am very picky about the right fit for my children and I have been so happy with My School. They have low staff turnover, which is absolutely huge and cannot be overstated! They are much calmer than other centers I have toured or experienced, and I think that makes it a great fit for all kinds of children. I feel deeply respected and heard by all the staff, and the director Ms. Renee is absolutely incredible.

We chose My School Child Care Center because we were looking for a faith-based environment for our daughter and have never been disappointed. From the beginning, the staff, especially Ms. Maria, has been incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive to our child's needs.The director, Ms. Renee, genuinely cares about the well-being of every child and goes above and beyond to ensure that parents are informed and supported. We’re truly grateful to be part of this wonderful community and highly recommend My School to any family seeking a caring, faith-centered child care center.

My son has been going to My School for about 4 years and has had a wonderful experience! All of the teachers have been so great with him. They have taught him a lot and show him so much love. The director Renee really cares about all of the students and parents. I highly recommend them!
