My Second Home-RW ( Previously Little Steps Daycare)

We’re so grateful to My Second Home for the love and care they gave our son during his time there. He started when he was just 7 months, and we couldn’t have asked for a better environment—safe, warm, and full of joy. The caregivers were nurturing and sweet, and he always came home happy and engaged. We especially appreciated the regular updates and thoughtful communication. It gave us real peace of mind as working parents. Our son has now moved on to preschool, but he still talks about his time there and sings the songs he learned. Thank you, Ms. Ivonne, for helping shape such a positive beginning!

Ivonne, her family, and staff have been our daughter’s literal second family from a young age. As working parents without any family help, it was crucial to find loving and honest daycare when our daughter was only 8 months old. MySecondHome is cared by the most pure-hearted people that love the children as if they were their own. Our daughter is now almost 3 and still misses Ivonne, her caretakers, and daycare friends to this day. Aside from their love, they have incredible hours, nutritious home-cooked meals, hygienic space, and clear communication from day one. Our daughter has grown so much during her time here and I honestly can’t imagine a better place. We are so grateful to them and we can’t recommend them enough!!

Our daughter recently graduated from My Second Home. We had such a deep connection with this place, and we all truly miss it like we would a second home! She was there for almost 1.5 years, starting when she was 8-9 months old to now, when we had to take her out because we are moving out of state. Our daughter loved Ivonne, Corina, and Sandy so much and was constantly talking about them excitedly. The daycare has a lovely outside playing area in the backyard, and plenty of engaging activities indoors as well in the customized kids area inside Ivonne's home. She enjoyed her time there so much that she was always eager to get out of the car and ran to the daycare (on the flipside, it was sometimes hard to get her back in the car because she wanted to keep playing in Ivonne's front yard :D) She received home cooked meals that she really enjoyed, and Ivonne was really open to any personalized needs we had at any given point in time. She received so much love and attention from Ivonne and the other caretakers, and we cannot describe how grateful we are to them. On her last day, Ivonne held a graduation ceremony for her and she left the daycare in a graduation gown, leaving everyone teary eyed. Leaving this daycare is perhaps the saddest part of moving for us, and we wish Ivonne and the other caretakers (and all the other kids and families!) the best of luck going forward!

Ivonne and her team took such good care of our daughter. She just turned 2 years old and so we moved her to my son's preschool to simplify our daily schedule and we were so sad to leave. Our daughter loved it at My Second Home, and we appreciated the love she received, the cooked meals and the support reaching her milestones.

My 3-year old son just graduated from MySecondHome, and let me tell you that you will never find another place that showers so much love and care to kids. Our boy started when he was 6-month old. As parents, we were obviously nervous and excited at the same time. Ivonne made sure that everything was ready to welcome him in the best conditions. They send us 1 picture a day, and gave us plenty of information on his growth & development. Ivonne is working with her daughter and mom, as well as two other caregivers. They are simply the best. They can easily accommodate your needs (eg. Breast milk storage for when baby is young, eczema cream to apply). I am hoping she will have a spot available for our second kid who is coming soon. Ivonne is simply the kindest person of all. We miss her and her family so much. The last day was very emotional, as we know they contributed so much to our son's personality, kindest and politeness.
